Gotham City:

Batman and all resistant forces felt devastated specially Dark knight himself , he blamed himself for the Catastrophic outcome of Washington's Battle.

he wished that he was smarter they lost a very important battle. they lost all of their hope.

the only thing they accomplished was capturing Arthur a former friend and alley.

After an hour nightwing finally got up from his seat and broke the silence.

nightwing: Come on guys we just lost a battle , we haven't lost the war yet , we have focus on our plan , we can't let them win , if we accept that we lost already it's what they want .

Amanda waller couldn't agree more , even though it was her fault that didn't wait for backup even if she had her own purposes.

she was impressed with Nightwing words , She thought batman must be a very good trainer , if he wasn't how could his former sidekick be so wise .

Batman finally got his hope back , he couldn't be more proud of his former apprentices.

he finally spoke : Thanks Dick.

Dick: Don't mention it batman.

Then out no where Lex showed up

Lex : the kid is right we only lost a battle , and this time we were lucky thanks to my years of preparations my escape plan worked successfully but we can't rely on them they are not many and will end eventually if they haven't found them already.

Shazam : Although i don't like to agree with president Luthor , but it's our first priority to make sure we won't lose next battle.

waller spoke anyone of you geniuses have any plan ?

we don't have all the eternity to figure our next move.

Batman spoke: we have to integrate aquaman it's our first move and im sure they already count on whatever he has to say to predict our next move.

Arrow: so what do we do ?

Mr.Terrific : well first thing first we know they have washington under their control but it was never their intention they wanted to murder president luther. but he escaped so it means despite their conquest they failed , they must be looking for any sign that shows president Luthor location and without thinking they will surely attack.

we can use this as an advantage for us we can make a fake president and use it as a bait.

and this time we will have the element of surprise blue Beetle said.

then everyone looked at batman who was sarcastically silent the whole time.

Diana: said Bruce you are sarcastically quiet , do you agree or not ? she said walking to him and she stood next to him.

finally he spoke , i don't disagree with this plan but it has lots of chance to fail instead of success.

Waller: so what do you suggest rich boy ?

Batman: I think instead putting all our might on one plan we can split our forces to 2 groups and work on 2 diffrent plan at same time its risky but it worths trying.

I agree both mr.treffic and matian man hunter stated simultaneously.

Man hunter: I believe despite what we said it still worths trying to integrate arthur.

Cadmus and Argus with me and Shazam will do the interrogation , my mind reading ability and wisdom of solemn with help of their interrogation experts should be enough.

The rest can focus on the other plan to pull it off successfully.

Batman: we also need a backup team to monitor the mission's progress and help them if its needed.
