Just some 'out-of-the-blue-and-unkown' ideas of stories that keep popping up in my mind.

A battle rages on between two 'titans', even though they aren't exactly..titans.
(All the surviving civilians and so on have already evacuated.)
Now who are these two 'titans'? Battling away, causing havoc and destruction as they battle on...one is doing it intentionally and the other is trying to stop the intentional one...
Well, they are Izuku Midoriya, the current number 1 hero - 'DEKU', and Tomura Shigaraki (formerly know by the name of Tenko Shimura), the current number one villain. However the difference is that they are both fully grown up (Izuku is more or less like All Might, just not and bulky, and Tomura is a mega-steroid shit version of Prime All For Shi-ONE, I SAID ONE-), and have full mastery of they're quirks [yes Tomura has gotten All For One] (in this world - 80% if the population normally develop unique abilities by the age of 4, late bloomers also do exist, but they are even rarer than the remaining 20% of this population, who are unable to develop these unique abilities, hence termed as 'Quirkless', and it's been like this for the past 200 years or more), and because of this they have finally reached their prime stage.
(And yes both have achieved →quirk singularity←. What is it? Use your browser bruh-)
Now you must be wondering, as to why these two are absolutely beating the ever-living crap out of each other? Well it's basically a battle between two unique quirks known as <ALL FOR ONE> and <ONE FOR ALL> (again use your browser baba for more information on these powers-😀), and this battle has been raging on since basically since the 'alpha ages of the quirk era'; on top of that, these two have personal beef (yup-) with each other. Tomura basically decided to be a bitch and end all of Izuku's loved ones, because he wants to see him suffer for being a hero and ofcourse, Izuku retaliates by bitch-slapping him, nut-kick him, and so on, ehh- something like this ↓
