Bill awoke just as the sun rose over the mountains, dousing them in its golden light and warmth. The jungle was waking up all around him. He launched up in his hammock, wondering if everything that had happened last night was a dream. He reached into his pocket, successfully finding the pearl, and his hair was still damp from his swim in the Moon pool.

Bill grinned to himself, his heart fluttering as memories of last night came flooding back to him. The Birds at the top of the trees began to sing, the distinct whistle of the wind flowing through the air. He failed to notice the three other boys waking up. "Bill, why are you smiling like that? You look like a psycho serial killer"

"Shut up Tom!" Bill snapped, glaring at his twin brother.

You awoke to the sun shining in through your bedroom window as you sat up in bed with only one thing on your mind. Bill. You smiled to yourself, your heart fluttering as you thought back to what had happened last night. Bill's whispered words were stuck in your head. "It'll be our little secret". It felt so exciting to have a secret, especially one with Bill.

Once you were dressed and ready, you headed down the tree to get breakfast ready. Heading over to the 'kitchen' area, you began picking some fresh fruits from the basket. Having four starving teenage boys staying in your home, the fruit from your last harvest had run out a bit too quickly. You made a mental note to go get some more today, and to maybe bring Bill with you.

You chopped up the last of the Mangoes, Papaya and Pineapple, throwing the final handful of berries into a clamshell bowl. You laid it all out on a large banana leaf, adding the flowers to decorate it nicely. You poured fresh water into the new cups your Pa had carved out of old coconut shells for the boys and yourselves. You took a step back, proudly admiring the lovely spread of fruits.

Soon enough, the four boys came strolling into the hut, greeting you one by one as they stepped in through the doorway. Bill was the last one through, his gaze meeting yours. You smiled shyly at him, looking down and hoping nobody had noticed your flustered expression. your heart was thudding in your chest, butterflies fluttering in your stomach.

You joined the four boys who sat cross-legged at the table, sitting beside Gustav, facing Bill. You quite liked Gustav, as he was quiet and sweet. Your Pa was the next to join you all at the table, looking motivated and enthusiastic. "Today Boys, Y/N and I will teach you the ways of our island life" Your Pa announced as he picked up a thick slice of Papaya, popping it into his mouth. "I have decided to build you your own room! it would be rude to have our guests sleep outside! Will you give me a helping hand?"

Bill glanced at you once more, meeting your eyes as he followed your Pa out of the hut and out to collect everything they'd need. You crept over to one of the windows, watching from behind the thin makeshift curtain as Bill and the others disappeared into the jungle through the line of trees. You bit your lip, missing his presence already.

You quickly set to cleaning up, tidying and organizing the hut. You began to set aside some things for the Boys hut, old bits and pieces of fabric for their beds, candles and even a windchime. You went out to wash your clothes at a nearby pool, returning back to the treehouse with the damp clothes piled into your basket. You headed over to the washing line, hanging up your clothes and fabrics to dry in the sun. A sweet little parrot perched himself on the end of the washing line, squawking at you as he ruffled his colourful feathers.

You could hear the voices of the boys as they returned from their search for resources. "Y/N! We're home!"

That afternoon, the boys and Pa set to working on the new hut. Georg was rather clumsy, constantly dropping things and having to climb all the way down the tree to retrieve them. Gustav on the other hand proved to be quite skillful and useful, the construction progressing rapidly with his help. Tom however, seemed to be there to cause trouble and entertain everyone instead of actually doing anything, unlike Bill, who made himself useful, but he just couldn't help but get distracted by you every now and then.

He rested against a branch as he took a break from all his hard work, admiring you from above. He caught glimpses of you through the gaps in the rustling leaves, unable to tear his eyes away from you.

far down below on steady ground, you lay sunbathing on a woven mat, your legs crossed and your head resting on one of your arms as you fiddled with the seashells on your necklace, relaxed and in peace. The little Parrot you had made friends with keeping you company. His eyes scanned up and down your body, taking in your curves and all your perfections. his wandering gaze came up to your face, admiring the way your eyes sparkled in the light of the sun, and he found himself astounded by just how beautiful you were. His mind flooded with desires and longing. His heart beat for you, his heart wanted you, and only you.

(omg Bill has a crush on you EEEE)
