"You look beautiful," came a voice from behind Siyoung, who stood at the address Jinyoung had texted her yesterday. It was the address of the intersection near the Han River where the two had met when she was on the phone with Jiwon. She was surprised that she didn't flinch after hearing the voice. She didn't know why, because normally she'd startle when someone spoke to her unexpectedly. Often, she'd even fall to the ground. But this time, she smiled and turned around. She recognized that the one who spoke was Jinyoung.

"Thank you," Siyoung scanned him from head to toe, "you don't look bad either." Jinyoung smiled when he noticed that the singer was smiling too.

"Shall we go? Today's going to be a great day," Jinyoung began walking, "and I promise you'll have a blast." Siyoung smiled as she heard the tone in which Jinyoung spoke. It sounded cute, like a little child whose parents promised them a trip to Disneyland, and they're finally experiencing it. Siyoung had never seen any guy so excited, but she enjoyed it. It made her smile. It was different from what she was used to, but she was happy. They hadn't done anything together yet, but even with that, she was already happy.

"Arcade?" Siyoung read the sign on the building where Jinyoung had stopped. It was an older building, and if it weren't for the bright yellow neon sign, she would have thought the place was closed and abandoned for a long time.

"Don't worry, you'll enjoy it," he smiled at her and opened the door for her to enter. She thanked him with a smile and walked past him inside. She hadn't expected that after ascending the stairs to the second floor, she would see a modern arcade flashing with colors. She had never been to a place like this. And it was amazing. She couldn't believe her eyes.

When Jinyoung saw her reaction, he couldn't help but smile. He had been smiling the whole time he was beside her because she was simply adorable. Now, she looked a bit different. She looked even better than she did in the days before. She seemed much happier than before, and Jinyoung was pleased that she looked that way when she was with him. He was glad he had chosen the arcade instead of a cliché restaurant. After all, they both loved working out, so it was better for them to go somewhere where they'd have to move a bit.

"Want to bet I'll beat you in basketball?" Siyoung looked at Jinyoung and then dashed inside, where all the magic was happening. Jinyoung shook his head at her behavior, smiled, and ran after her. She was truly adorable.

"Bet?" she asked when Jinyoung caught up.

"Bet dinner?" Jinyoung asked. Siyoung agreed. This way, he ensured they'd spend more time together, because that's what he wanted, and Siyoung didn't seem to mind dinner either, so it was probably a good choice.

"I'm going to crush you," Siyoung laughed and inserted coins into a machine.

"We'll see."

"You definitely cheated," Siyoung protested as they finished the last game. In two hours, they managed to play countless games, but she still had basketball on her mind. She lost that game completely – well, she was more of a soccer type, but she hoped to win against the former soldier. Although that might have been a bit daring, as soldiers are usually good at aiming.

"How could I have cheated?" Jinyoung chuckled. Siyoung playfully pushed him, which made Jinyoung smile because he was glad she touched him – even though it was a small touch that probably didn't mean anything to her, and she might not have even felt it.

"I don't know, but you definitely cheated."

"Can I pick for you, or would you like to pick yourself?" he asked her as they approached the prize counter.

"I've told you a few things about myself, so try picking something that I might like the most," Siyoung suggested. Jinyoung glanced at the prizes for a moment, but one caught his eye immediately.

"That one, please," he pointed at the prize and placed all the winning tickets on the counter. The cashier handed him a bag with a Snorlax.

"How did you know I love Snorlax?" Siyoung squealed and tightly hugged the bag. She started jumping with joy as well. She looked incredibly cute. Jinyoung just stood there, watching her and smiling from ear to ear. He wanted to kiss her, but after all the mixed signals she had been giving him in the past few days, he decided not to do anything – he will wait for her to make the first move. And if she didn't... well, he would accept the defeat.

"I didn't know, it just looks cute," Jinyoung answered her, "just like you," he added. Siyoung paused, looked at the brunette questioningly, and blushed a bit when she realized what he said.

---

"Let me know when you have time again, because I know you'll be really busy now," he told her as they stood in front of the door leading to Siyoung's apartment. After the arcade and dinner, where the two of them got to know each other a bit more and finally learned things about each other that wouldn't be found on the internet, he offered to walk her home. He still maintained some distance from her. He walked beside her, but there was always a gap of at least a meter between them.

"Why do you want to know when I'll have time again?" the singer asked.

"So I can invite you somewhere again and help you unwind from all the problems happening in your life. If you have any, but I bet every idol has some," Jinyoung smiled from ear to ear, and Siyoung smiled too because it was cute how he explained his reason. Jinyoung was cute.

"Alright," she nodded, "when I have free time, I'll definitely text you. And thank you for today. I had a great time, and I'd love to do it again sometime. You're pleasant company."

"I'm very glad to hear that. You're also very pleasant company," Siyoung was surprised by the way Jinyoung was looking at her. He didn't look like Seojun. She had never seen this kind of gaze from any guy. Seojun always looked at her as if she were prey he wanted to capture. He always had desire in his eyes. Jinyoung didn't. He had something in his eyes that Siyoung couldn't quite identify. But she remembered seeing such a look on her siblings' faces when their father returned from a long mission – and she could only associate that with one feeling: love.
