"Andrea, she's a kid."  A black guy said to her as Rick and Glenn come into the room.

"You hurt my dogs you won't like what comes next." I say shoving her off and looking inside my front back to my pups.

"Dogs? You have puppies with you?" The black guy asks.

"T-dog chill, we need to find a way out of this." The third guy said. They wanted to try the sewers and Glenn wanted to go with one person to have his back.

"JD you say in the store with Rick, I've seen you shoot, Andrea back them up you're the only other one with a gun. Morales you are my wingman." Morales went down first but I stopped Glenn from going down.

"Hey, I'm not asking to go with you but at least take this with you it has a silencer, so it won't attract any." I handed him a handgun.

"Thanks." He said taking it. I made my way to the department store and started looking around for anything useful. I found a few maps of Atlanta and the state of Georgia. Looking for a pencil I found I Celtic Alexandrite ring and necklace to match and a second one in a different style. I took them out of the case they were in and put on the necklaces and rings. I saw Andrea come over to me.

"Hey, I'm sorry about sticking a gun in your face." She apologized.

"It's fine, you didn't know me or what was going on. It would help if the safety were off. Here, let me see it." She hands me her gun. I clicked the safety off then handed her the gun.

"Now you ready to shoot. Has a good weight, you ever fire one though?" I asked.

"No, it was a gift from my father. Said two girls shouldn't be traveling on their own withing protection."

"Your father is smart. If you want, when we get out of this and we will I can teach you the basics and how to clean it." I offered.

"That would be smart too, thank you." I saw her eyeing a mermaid necklace.

"Looks nice."

"Yeah, my sister's birthday is in a few days she loves mythical creatures, but mermaids they rule." I picked up the necklace and handed it to her.

"Here, give it to her."

"Thank you." She took the necklace and put it in her pocket. I nodded before walking to a table and layed a map out on the table.

"What are you doing." She asked looking over my shoulder. Rick started walking over to us.

"If the sewers don't work, we can't waste time trying to figure out a new plan." I found where we were on the map and I car lot close to where we are.

"Rick, you remember the construction zone with the moving van?" I questioned.

"Yeah, what you are thinking." Rick replied.

"Somethin' y'all might think is crazy. It is crazy but if we play this exactly right, we all can get out together." I tell them. I see Glenn and the others come back.

"The sewers won't work they are overrun." Glenn said.

"JD, has a backup plan." Andrea told them. After explaining where Rick Glenn and I would go they got caught up on how we would get there.

"I've done it before, It's crazy but it works. The two I killed we'll use the guts and ponchos, just do not get any in your mouth eyes or nose." We go out and get the two in the ally. I put the backpack on my back on Andrea's back.

"Brace yourself, it's a little heavy with the pups and the front." I put the second backpack on her front, bent over and stared at the walkers.

"This ain't gonna smell good and if you squeamish don't watch." Andrea and Glenn turned around. I got my hunting knife out and cut into its stomach and then the second one.

"We just need the guts." I state, putting on a poncho Rick and Glenn doing the same. We start putting the insides on ourselves.

"Let's do this." Rick states when Glenn stops groaning. We made it 50 feet from the construction yard before it started raining washing away the dead smell on us.

"Run!" I yell at them both before I pull out a knife and stab the walker close to Glenn before it attacked him. We started sprinting to the fence and I jumped halfway up before throwing myself over the fence. Glenn and Rick climbed over a few seconds after me. I shoot at the walkers trying to go over the fence.

"Rick a little help. Glenn go find the keys." I instruct them both. A few seconds later I heard an engine roar.

"Come on." Glenn yells. Both Rick and I rush to the truck and Glenn gets in the middle of the van.

"Glenn you're getting in the passenger seat when we get that car. Once we get our people out you drive us to the camp." I told him.

"Why not have me drive?" He states.

"Because I've been street racing and you haven't." I inform him leaving no room to argue. We got there and I smashed the car door unlocking Glenn's in the process and hot wire the car. I got in the driver's seat and started speeding towards the department store alarm blazing.

"Yeah, you were right you can drive." I look over and see Glenn grab the handle on the roof and put his hand out in front of him. Once we get the walkers far enough away from the department store and ditch them, I figure it's a suitable time to leave Atlanta. Once we got out, I took my seat belt off.

"Take your seatbelt off and climb behind me. We ain't stoppin'" I told him as he also took off his seat belt and I scooched forward keeping the car stable. Once he had control of the car we zoomed past the others as I swapped my seat. Glenn starts whooping and hollering while I laugh at him.
