Rocky's P.O.V.
Hello, my name is Rocky, the eco-pup here in the team called the Paw Patrol.
Well, not so really an eco-pup. More likely a mutt. But that doesn't change the fact that I am still a Eco-Pup, I'll be proud of it.
Anyway, back to it. I am an introverted ones in the team, you can clearly tell that no one was even to be friends with me. So, just screw them. Focusing on myself was an important so that I don't feel alone.
We are at City Hall, well. There's a upcoming new event in Adventure Bay and I was SO excited on what will this event be.
"Rocky, take this to the top and make sure it goes in tight." The boy, which is my owner. His name is Ryder, the leader of the team.
"Marshall, bark out your ladder so Rocky can climb up to the pole." He shoutly said.
You are probably wondering why I didn't want to call Marshall.. on myself, and Ryder just called him.
Uh, we aren't getting you know, get to know each other, don't have the gut to tell them who I was.
Ever since I became a member of the group, I have been always alone, well, not really. Because the only one who truly cared was Ryder. He was like a parent to me.
"Oh, don't need, Ryder. I'll use those ladder right over there." I pointed at the side of the pole. From my perspective, I was pointing right. But your perspective was your left that I chose.
"Don't you want to use his ladder? You know, to be safe." Ryder's tone was now worried. Worried about me getting fall when the ladder is not stable.
"Don't worry, Ryder. I'll bolt it up before climbing up." I quickly said that so before Marshall got here.
"Um, ok. I trust you."
I quickly barked out my screwdriver and bolted it up.
"There, all done!" I said and take the rope onto the banner and goes up.
Winds gushed slowly. I was at the metal pole of the stage, carefully walking towards the pole at the right end.
"Woah.. winds picking up."
I was about to put the rope into the metal but suddenly..
"Woahh! Wind got pretty strong up here- WOAH!" I quickly shouted, needed help. I'm loosing my balance upon due to the wind. And 'not so fun' fact is that metals can be slippery.
Great.
I slipped and was about to meet the ground but..
"Gotcha!" Ryder catched me into his arms and I wagged my tail. I created a sigh of relief.
"Thanks, Ryder." I licked his cheek, and he laughs as he got tickled thanks to my licking, of course.
"Rocky! How can you seriously didn't attached the rope onto the metal pole before the wind gushes over!?"
"I.." I got down by the boy's arms and scratches my paw, feeling sorry about myself that I didn't put it.
"Ugh, you know what? I'll handle this!"
Chase grabs the rope using his mouth and climbs to the ladder, walked slowly towards the pole, and puts the rope. He slowly came back down and walked towards me with an upset face.
"If you ever.. and I MEAN, ever do that again, you're going to have consequences. Got that?" I nod and whimpered.
"Chase, he's still a pup, like you. No one is to blame here. Good thing Rocky's safe, and that's what matters."
