I looked up ahead to see an alley. I had to turn back but I could hear Jake and his men closing in on me.

*Flashback*

I was working in my office as a co-worker in a pharmacy. My other co-worker is my husband, Drake. I was trying to block the evidence of my mother-in-law's death. The reason I killed her was because she didn't like me dating her son so she decided to get rid of me for good by hiring several bad people to come after me and kill me. What they didn't know was that I had bodyguards that were trained to protect me. I managed to survive. While I was deep in thought, I heard Jake coming into my office. The next thing I knew was that Jake was right beside me seeing what I was up to. I decided not to wait for how he was going to react, so I got up and ran to the door and out of the building.

*Flashback Over*

I looked up and saw a window seven stories up. There was no way to get to the window so I just stood there for a few seconds crying. All of a sudden, I felt myself hover above the floor. I was so sad that I didn't care and cried some more. Few seconds later, I opened my eyes and I was at the window. I was flying! I made it in the window just before I collapsed to the floor and heard gun bullets fired. I didn't have much time before they would find a way to reach me. I had to figure out how I had hovered and what other things I could do but I also had to find a place to stay. I searched for the lights but when I was looking for it, I tripped. I found the light and went back to the place I tripped. I picked up the picture that I tripped over and saw a picture of Drake with another woman.

My blood started boiling. I threw the picture across the room which seemed to be like an attic. I found my way to the door of the attic and climbed my way down. " Hello is anybody there? " I cried. No answer. I went out the front door and I saw a wonderful, peaceful neighborhood. I went to the house farthest down the street and knocked on the door. When somebody answered I gasped.
