They decided to leave a little gap after that event and then start with the mehndi and baraat event so all the guests could start coming in and get settled well so they can start the events in peace

Today was the mehndi and a bunch of Noor's friends were sprawled around her and hyping her up

"In sab ke compliments aur baton se yeh to pata chala ke Hifzaan bhai nahi bachne wale"Their neighbor farhat spoke

None of the family was here (ladies of the family specifically) because they had planned to do a first look with family on mehndi because the Baraat day was the main wedding day and that was only for the groom

So the mehndi first look was for the family and all the females of the family were anxiously waiting after they has gotten ready themselves while curiosity sat on their faces

Noor didn't want to be completely alone so she opted for some of her friends to be here in the room with her atleast if she couldn't have Aleena or Anaya bhabhi

"Okay we're almost done with the hair just one last pin to put in ,you can tell the family members to be prepared"The makeup artist beamed as she fit in the final touches and clapped her hands together

All the women of the house waited at the door for the approval patiently and were finally let in

It was just Arfaana,Rimsha and Aleena

Oh and a very hungry Anaya that was stuffing her face with a bowl of chips and her tiny bump showing with her bright pink and silver dress and her lipstick lightly smudged due to the constant eating

As soon as Noor turned around with her bridal sharara flowing on the ground and the floral jewelry enhancing her features and a net dupatta pinned to her hair
The chips in Anaya's hand dropped back into the bowl and her mouth fell wide open creating an adorable sight making Noor release a giggle

"Aww kitni pyaari lag rahi hai meri nayi devraani,meri hi nazar na lag jaye"Anaya said dramatically going towards her and holding her face in her hands

"Wah pehle apni shaadi pe to behen banaya tha aur ab dhekein bhabhi meri bari ayi to ap badal gayi"She replied with the same energy making everyone laugh

"MashAllah nazar na lage"Rimsha said and kissed her forehead and Arfaana rounded off a few notes around her and kissed her head too

They then took her with a canopy over her head to the back yard where the women's side event was meant to be held

Yes the mehandi was separate again

No chance was left forHifzaan to peek today either

All he got from his mother after multiple pleading sessions was:

"Thora intezar karo tumhari hi biwi hai beta ruksati ke baad to wo tumse wese bhi tang hi aa jayegi"She laughed mischievously much to his annoyance

Those words didn't stop him from trying to sneak back into the house

His plan didn't work as perfectly as he saw Aryan standing right there at the entrance as he was going out somewhere at this late hour

Everyone in the house knew Hifzaan wasn't alowed to be in the house till the baraat event so he questioned him and Hifzaan had to come up with a quick excuse and ran away from there with a frown dressed on his face

He said to himself that he only wanted to meet her because he was enjoying the midnight time spend together ,she was just good company and a slight infatuation was present nothing much more than that right?

What if he was starting to fall for h-

No he had promised himself he would go slow and make up for not accepting this relationship in the start because he had been quite rude to Noor in the start of the nikkah and realized that she was just as unprepared and against this as he was and she wasn't supposed to be put to blame. Both of them had to make equal efforts
