Not having Kurt around was definitely weird for Archie, but for some reason being single again hurt more.

"Right guys let's get ready for sectionals." Mr Shue said walking in as everyone started to end their conversations.

Archie was sat on his own just annoyed with the world.

He didn't realise that Mr Shue was still talking until he said something to annoy Rachel.

"I was thinking the winners of the duet competition should sing for us along with amazing dancing from Brittney and Mike"

Rachel went on about it being unfair until Santana decided to shut her up.

"That's not what he said in that hotel room that night. That's right Berry I slept with your boyfriend last year"

Everyone went quiet until Puck brought in Lauren from the wrestling team to replace Kurt.

Archie went about the rest of the day until lunch when he bumped into David of all people.

"Get out my way" Archie growls.

David sighs. He's had a crush on Archie since meeting him but knew he couldn't ever act on it.

"Sorry Archie. Good luck at Sectionals" Archie just walks away.

When they get to sectionals Mercedes takes Archie straight to the food court.

"Kurt...hi" Archie says as he sees Kurt stood next to him.

"Hey Archie you look good" Kurt said smiling trying to make the conversation less awkward.

"Thanks so do you"

Archie sat with Santana and Puck to watch the other performances so he could look some what good.

(Skip to 30 seconds)

After everyone clapped Archie looked at Puck and laughed a little.

"You ok dude why you crying" Puck just shrugged.

(Archie smiles at Kurt and Kurt smiles back)

Archie was following everyone else as it was there turn to sing in a second when he stopped.

"David? What are you doing here?" Archie asks in a annoyed tone.

Dave just sighs. "I wanted to come watch you"

Archie just looks at him noticing the small steps Dave's taking to move closer and closer to him.

"And I really like you...I know I hurt Kurt but I was jealous I really want you Archie"

And with that their lips touched. Unknowingly having Kurt watch the whole thing really upset.

"I have to go perform" Archie whispers.

David just nods and let's Archie go. "Text me ok"

Archie nods. "Ye"

(Archie sings in the back and points to David and Kurt sees)

(Archie sings and dances at the back with Puck)

Even after all that they still tied which wasn't to bad but Archie was still annoyed.

"Archie hey can we talk?" Kurt says coming up to him while everyone gets ready to go home.

"Sure" they step out the room so it's quiet.

"I saw you and David..."

Archie's eyes widen. "Shit I'm so sorry I-I don't um..."

Kurt sighs. "Archie...it's ok...just be careful ok Dave isn't out he probably won't ever come out..."

Archie just nods. "I know...thanks for looking out for me Kurt I know it's hard for us at the moment"

"Yea I know I'm just here for you I'll support you if everyone gets angry if they do know about it"

Archie laughs a little. "Yea um no...I won't tell them"

Quinn yells at Archie to get on the bus so he does smiling at Kurt as they drive home.

Archie walked into the choir room the next day as they all celebrated the win.

"Rachel wanna sing for us?"

"I'm ok Mr Shue. Mercedes and Tina should tho."

(Archie does weird dances with Sam and dances with Santana as well)
