The news about Dung Kele's proposal was all over the internet as he was the famous CEO of Crime Fighting Union 1 (CFU). Even at his late fifties he was still single, but thanks to Joe Kate who showed up in his life.

Just like Dung Kele, Kate was also famous, her dad Joe Huntsman was the governor of the state.

After Dung's proposal to Kate everybody wanted to know how their wedding would turn out as the proposal was like a wedding.

Everything was moving fast, both preparations - Kate loves parties.

Even after the wedding celebration there were many other celebrations like balls, game parties, couples night and more.

But on their wedding night, things ended...

It wasn't the wedding night they had hoped for, the only colour in the room was red and the only voice heard was the scream of a couple.

The next morning, no one saw the couples coming outside, there was no news of the two of them - not on the internet nor at the last place they were seen.

Meanwhile Dung was on a week leave to spend time with his new wedded wife. Everybody assumed they were having a quiet time together. Though people were hoping to hear more love stories from them like how their wedding night went but there was none on the internet.

A week after there was still no news.

At his work place they wonder while he hasn't called nor come to work when his leave was over.

Abraham his manager decided to go pay him a visit. According to rumors the last place they were seen at was the love rose house, a little cottage house where couples go to spend their honey moon.

Abraham got there and knocked on the door for some time but there was no reply. He wondered where they could've gone at a time like that.

It was still as early as seven that morning. He tried again but still no reply.

Not knowing what else to do he decided to stand at a corner and wait for the couples to return from wherever it was that they went to.

Just then a neighbour who sighted him walked curiously to him.

"Are you a friend of Mr Dung here?" She asked politely.

"Yeah" He cleared his throat and adjusted his collar like a gentleman. "Do you have any idea where they went he isn't picking my calls?" He asked her.

"I'm so sorry but I don't know where they went" She replied. "It's been a week since their wedding night, no one has set eyes on them except that night" She told him.

"What? And you guys didn't bother to check on them? What kind of neighbours are you guys?" Abraham stared disappointedly at her.

"We didn't bother because we warned them but children of these days never listen to their elders"

"Warned them? Against what?" Abraham looked muddled.

"Against this house of course, we told them that the house is beautiful but dangerous, no couple spends the night here and sees the next day but he didn't listen" She explained - it may be that he didn't listen or he didn't hear.

Dung was in a hurry to decorate the house that he wasn't ready to hear everything they had to say about the house.

After hearing what the woman had to say, Abraham quickly broke in.

"Ugh" He groaned from the smell, it was the worst odour he has ever perceived.

"Oh my goodness" The woman shouted.

Abraham tried to go in but the smell was too much, he turned to go outside.

"Should I call an ambulance?" The woman asked.

"When did this killing start?" Abraham asked her.

"I don't know, you'll have to ask the older neighbours" She replied.

Abraham with his head bowed down turned again and left.
