You were woken up to the barking of Jami due to the fact that someone was knocking on your hotel room door, you put your robe on then walked towards the door, "Good morning Mrs. Shuji, could you please tell Mr. Shuji when he wakes up that he must return to Japan due to a gang meeting that will be held by Bonten at ******** street?" You looked at the file that the woman held that she extended to you.
"Yes I will, when and what time is this meeting?" She looked at another file then spoke, "The meeting will happen in 3 days, Mr. Tetta has already extended a private jet that will arrive here in Paris in exactly 2 days, the time the meeting will start is 5:30 PM on the dot, no less." You nodded then she gave you some papers then left to wherever. You sat down at the balcony table then started to read through the papers.

I grabbed the papers and went back into our hotel room. I placed the papers on the table where my bags previously were.
