CHAPTER 1

-BEGINNING OF CHAPTER 1-

The winds blew past Hideyoshi as he laid there, unmoving when Hideyoshi's eyes shot open. The breezed woke the sleeping Hideyoshi from his stupor, getting up Hideyoshi found

himself in an upslope with a lightly forested area turning left to right Hideyoshi found his bags

and equipment with all of his herbs that he had collected throughout his journey. Along with the

herbs were his sabers, wet stones, knives, and other essentials that he needed. Hideyoshi smiles

fondly at his equipment. He was still wearing the Whistling Crow cape, hat, and suit, still it suited him almost perfectly. Hideyoshi then packed everything back up and took another look around trying to figure out where he was, Hideyoshi spotted smoke not so far away from his location.

-30 MINUTES LATER-

After following the smoke for less than 30 minutes he found the origin of the smoke, it is a small village with a ground of people walking around going about their days in idyllic quietness. Hideyoshi then entered the village looking around. Hideyoshi walked through the village exploring everything to be had.

Boy: OW! (Falls to the ground and rubs his head)

A boy with white hair and red eyes bumped into him. Hideyoshi stared at the boy with wonder when he realized something.

Hideyoshi (Apologetic Voice): I'm sorry, (Reach out his hand) Are you ok?

White hair boy: Ya I'm alright. (Grab Hideyoshi's hand)

The boy looked at Hideyoshi with curiosity and didn't let go of Hideyoshi's hand, Hideyoshi snapped his finger in front of the boy's face with that being enough to shake him out of the trances.

Bell: (Realize what he was doing) Ah! Sorry for that! (Retract his hand back) W-Well, my name is Bell, Bell Cranel and welcome to this rural village!

Hideyoshi: Thank you. (Smiles)

Bell: (Look at Hideyoshi again) Are-Are you an adventurer? HA! Are you going to Orario!?

Hideyoshi: Well~ I wouldn't say I'm an adventurer, just someone passing by.

Bell: Well you must be pretty far away from home if you end up here up in the mountains.

Hideyoshi: Well~ I'm quite adventurous on that front. (Confusion) You're quite young, were your parents.

Bell: Well, (Sigh) my father and mother are well. (Tuck his hand down and grab his tunic tightly)

Hideyoshi (Sympathetic Voice): (Closes eyes) I understand, (Open eyes) do you have any relatives that you can live with?

Bell: (about to cry) No. (Sob) My-My grandfather, just (Inhale) just died, (Calms down) I-I want to travel to Orario with my grandfather, (Sob) I-I just want to be like the heroes I-I (Inhale) I was told about.

Hideyoshi (Guilty Voice): I'll (Sigh) take you to Orario. (Get down to his level) How well versed are you in combat?

Bell (Sad Voice): I-I why, (Silences) I-I trained once in a while with my grandfather.

Hideyoshi: (Nod his head) Alright, I'll meet you at the inn tomorrow. (Place a hand on his shoulder)
