Prosthetic leg

Elsa POV

I woke up. I was in the hospital a nurse walked by "umm excuse me what time is it? Why am I hear? Where's doctor Overland?" I asked her and she came in. "its 5:00 Tuesday morning, loss of blood, and at home sleeping." she answered then walked away. I tried to get up and walk around but my leg was num I didn't feel it it was lighter than a feather. I looked under the sheets because I was worried now and saw a leg and a stub where my knee used to be. "what the hell?" I whispered in confusion.

Jack POV

I woke up Emma for school and drove her there. I wasn't going I had to help Elsa recover. I drove to the hospital it was 7:30 when I got there. "I'm hear to see Mrs. Snow" I told the lady at the desk. "I'm sorry are you family" she said confused. I frowned "no but I'm the only thing she has." I answered honestly. she gave me a sad look "room 316" with out another word I sprinted down the halls. When I got there she was looking at the X-Ray they took (that's how you tell if there's a tumor) "Elsa" I yelled ran up and hugged her. she preyed me off and slapped me!? "That was for making my hart hurt!" She yelled tears threatening to spill. then she hugged me "and this is for so much more" I felt a tear drop on my shirt. I don't ask there's to much going on right now for her I don't see how she's not dead.

--------------One week later--------------

"ok, now should we try to put the leg on." Dr. Overland said finishing Elsa's banding up. She needs bandaging on her...leg stump?... anyway she needs it so it doesn't get hurt. Elsa nodded and squealed in delight. "Ok so right here there's a strap that..."bla bla bla. you don't want to hear how to put a prosthetic leg on, anyways I payed attention. she handed me the prosthetic leg and nodded at Elsa. I helped her put it on and stand up. "Come on we got this" I said as we walked down the hallway her leaning agents me. When we got there all of our friends were there cheering her on. She smiled, even tho she had bin threw a hell of a lot more than before she still didn't change. I was watching her until her smile faded and turned to worry. I looked to where when was looking and it stopped me dead in my tracks when I saw a familiar figure at the door.
