Chaeyoung.

I have a crush on my bestfriend since childhood, She's Myoui Mina and yes she's my best friend. I don't know how to confess to her because i might ruin our friendship. I've been giving her a sign that i love her but i think she's dense so she will not notice.

"Chaeyoung! I know now how you can confess to mina." I heard Dahyun said. I quickly shush her.

"Be a secret admirer, and give her a sign about your love for her."

Oh... That's a good idea, should i?

"You know dahyun? That's the best idea you've ever had."

We jumped in joy and i ran home to make the gift i will give her tomorrow.

I have this best friend of mine that i like. She's Chaeyoung and i liked her since childhood, I don't know if she feel the same way.

I was walking to my locker and there i saw chaeyoung reading a book about William Shakespeare. I opened my locker and there saw a cute small box with a ribbon on top. I looked around to see if i can see the one that gave it to me but i just saw chaeyoung going through her locker.

I opened the box and saw my favorite chocolates and little DIY flower and a card. I opened the card and there's a poem.

For eternity,
the most beautiful things
to me about you,
are the things
you won't ever know
about yourself.

Things only i know of,
because everyday
I read you
like a book
that has never been read.

Your beautiful cover
with your inspiring title
and amazing story
held captive my curiosity.

Now everyday
I yearn
to learn
from your mystery.

Cl? Who's Cl? I approached chaeyoung and saw her locker full with books of William Shakespeare and one that caught my interest is the book of Sonnet 18 or Shall I compare thee to a Summer's day?

"Hey Chaengie."

I greeted her and hugged her. She smell really good, like a strawberry cheesecake.

"Do you see anyone that can give this to me?"

She looked at me wide eyed and it looks like she's nervous. It can be her who give this to me, right? Oh god, I'm such a delusional person. But i hope so.

"N-no i just got here earlier."

Why is she stuttering? Is she hiding something?

"Wait for me, I'll put this on my locker and let's go to the cafe near the school!"

I said i want to spend time with her.

"Wait.. why? We have class!"

"So what? We can skip class."

She didn't respond so I'll take that as a yes. I arranged the box and get the chocolate from it and put it in my bag.

"Let's go!"

I grabbed her hand and run.

It's been three days since I've been getting a small box inside my locker. And all i saw everytime i tried to find who it was is chaeyoung. And now there it is again but right now it has another card.

I wonder,

I looked around again hoping to find this secret admirer of mine but all i saw is chaeyoung who's seating on the bench beside our locker.

Then i remember Chaeyoung was the one who knew the password of my locker and everytime i see her, she was reading a book about poem. And the CL thing, that's the one i called her when we're a kids "Chaengie Lovie". And the card that i received has a poem, it could be...... Chaeyoung.

I walked up to her and give her the box and the card. She looked up at me and i smiled at her.

"What's this for?"

"You're the one who's giving me this right?"

She panicked, see it was her all the time.

"I-i...."

"I love you too Chaengie."

She looked at me again.

"Really?!"

"Yes, I've loved you since our childhood"

She got up and hug me that almost make us stumble. Being the tallest to the two of us i kissed her forehead.

"I love you too, myoui mina"

Short story but it has a lot of meaning for me. So yeah I'll update again later.
