I sit at my desk to review our case when i get a call "Hello who is this?"

"It's Avery" Her voice sounded high pitched which means that she may have been crying.

"Avery, are you ok?" I say while sounding extremely worried.

"I don't know" She pauses mid sentence "could you come at the bar near your house... please"I don't wait for her to finish her sentence before grabbing my car keys and heading out the door.

I arrive at the bar and my eyes start wandering around looking for Avery,  I finally found her sitting alone her hair tied back, and wearing the most beautiful blue dress ever. I got to her in less then a second and her eyes find mine, I examine her face and look like she has been crying for a while she looks back at her drink swirling it around.

"Avery what happened? Are you ok?"

"I'm such an idiot" She says with a small laugh "what are you talking about?"

"I taught someone could love me... I guess i was wrong" I frown at the taught of a other man making her this sad "Is this about your date?"

"Boyfriend I mean ex boyfriend."

"Did he break up with you?" She looks up at me and smiles "If you break up with someone you go to a restaurant you tell them that it isn't working anymore then you break up."She says sounding mad " You don't make them think that their getting engaged."

"Wait you taught you were getting engaged?"

"Anyone in my situation would think that, He told me to put on my prettiest dress and shoes to do my hair and my makeup, He brought me to the most expensive restaurant to tell me that he cheated on me and went on an hour long rant about how I don't deserve him and that i forced him to cheat." I'm contemplating the many ways to kill him right now.

"He sounds like a dick."

"He was but I can't say his wrong. "
