𝐓𝐢𝐩𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐝.
Now, I now it's absolute frustrating when your on your period. Especially when u have to spend 10-15 minutes in the bathroom..

So here are some tips on what to do when your on your period!

( 𝐨𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐰𝐡𝐨𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐩! 𝐈𝐟 𝐲'𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭, 𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐦𝐞 𝐈 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦! )
𝟏. 𝐄𝐚𝐭 𝐚 𝐥𝐨𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝!
Chocolate is really recommended( U can also drink milo) because it can ease the pain in your stomach and makes it more bearable!

𝟐. 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐚 𝐥𝐨𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫!
Your probably dehydrated when your on your period. So make sure to drink plenty of water! Always remember, it's always good for us to drink plenty of water!

𝟑. 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐏𝐀𝐃 𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐘 𝟐-𝟒 𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐒.
If you keep it on for more it's fine but u might get an Infection. Pads should be changed every 2–4 hours, even if you have a light flow. Regular changing prevents buildup of bacteria and stops odor. If you have a heavier flow, you might need to change pads more often to make sure you don't leak.( this is said by Google btw!!! )

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐟 𝐮 𝐝𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐚𝐝 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝟒 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬?

Wearing one pad for way too long:

If you do not change your pads frequently (at least every 6-8 hours), you are much more prone to develop rashes and vaginal yeast infections with the side effect of bad odour. No matter how light your flow is, it's always safe to change your pad.

𝟒. 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫, 𝐢𝐟 𝐮 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝐥𝐨𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐭 𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐝𝐨𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫.
Dont be afraid to ask for help. Be brave. Didn't your teacher or at least someone in your life told u to be brave? No? Ok then I'm gonna tell you to be brave then. You want to change for the better and in the process, u have to be brave.

𝟓. 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐟𝐲 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬.
Unless your at school and has a dress code.(Or when u don't but also doesn't want to look weird, TRY to at least wear comfy clothes that look good on you! )

Tight clothes can put preassure on your stomach and give you stomach acne.

Why is it important to wear comfortable clothes?
Comfortable clothes can reduce stress levels

Loose, super soft garments can help you to feel free by lifting your mood. This can, in turn, reduce your stress levels. If you're comfortable, in no pain and feeling completely relaxed, it naturally follows that your stress levels will start to fall. ( again said by Google.)

These hygiene practices can help you stay healthy and comfortable during your period: Wear lightweight, breathable clothing (such as cotton underwear). Tight fabrics can trap moisture and heat, allowing germs to thrive.

𝟔. 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫.
Now, showering has a LOT of benefits. It can reduce anxiety, enchances your body image and self esteem, improves sleep quality and etc!

But when your on your period, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO TAKE SHOWERS OFTEN! IT REALLY SMELLS!!! ( combined with your sweat, it's REALLY yucky! )

𝟕. (𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐚!) 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐮 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝, 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐡𝐨𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫!

Drink hot water to reduce it. ( This is not from me btw I found someone on Pinterest say this!! )
