Chapter 2 - The experience to travel

3rd person-
weeks go by and it's the day to move into their dorms. Etheral and Rue had packed everything packed and ready to go. Tom just needed to pack a few more shirts and belts. Luca was already on his way to the airport.

Rue's POV:
Me and Etheral had everything packed. We decided to go seperate and then meet at the airport. I double checked everything and texted Etheral, "on my way to the airport, meet you by the security!" "okay!! See you, I love you!" Etheral said. "I love you too!" I texted back. I got a uber and I was on my way to the airport, and so was Etheral.

After 45 minutes, we met at the same time by the security like we said. The plane diden't take off for another 3 hours so we decided to get food! "Heyy are you hungrey?" "yes im starving!!" Etheral said. "Let go stop by this diner and get some food!" I said. We walked to the diner and I got, Waffles with bacon on the side with a strawberry milkshake, while Etheral got a ham and egg sandwhich, with had, bacon, eggs, ham, and sasuage on it with bacon on the side with hot mint tea.

After a hour we left the diner. "Im so scared, ive never been on a plane before Rue." "Its okay, nothing to be scared about, ive been on like 7 planes and nothing happend! I said while hugging her. We walked through security and Etheral walked through first, everything went good. When I walked through the alarm went off, they pulled me aside and I was so confused. They had me empty out all my pockets and they patted me down. "Oh i forgot I had a belly buton percing on" I said. I lifted up my shirt just emough were they could see it and they let me through. "what happend?" "just my belly peircing but im good now!" I said. "oh! well ready to get on the plane?" "yes i am!" I said.

Me and Etheral borted the plane and she had seat B11 and I had seat D9 we sat in diffrent seats and I sat next to the old lady about in her mid 60s. We talked for a little after that I fell asleep the rest of the plane ride.

Toms POV:
Gosh Im so scared, Ive been on multiple planes, but something about this felt different. I gathered all my thing and went into bills room, I saw him scrolling through instagram on his phone he sat up. "hey tom! i/m going to miss you very much and I hope you have a amazing time!" Bill said. "Thank little bro. I will miss you so much. and i wanna let you know I'm dads favorite" I said will a smile on my face. "Bill chuckled and said "yeah right" I said my goodbyes and went to my fathers room.

He was still asleep and I hate waking him up. I woke him up anyways and told him im heading out "oh tom, I'll miss you so much. Call me when you get to Chicago safe. I love you very much." I hugged my dad and said goodbye. As I headed out the door I gave my house one very last look before shutting the door and leaving. I drove out of the driveway and headed to the airport.

I got ther just on time, and I headed through security and they saw my lipmpiercing and knew that it would make a noise so they just put me aside and patted me down while I emptyed my pockets. I diden't have anything and they let me go. No one sat next to me thank god. I had the whole 3 row to myself and fell asleep on my 4 hour flight.

Rue's POV: I had woken up from my 4 hour flight and got a text message from the group chat with me,Etheral, and Luca. Luca texted the gc saying he has landed and he is waiting for us. I texted "Okay" and me and Etheral still had another 10 minutes before it landed, I texted the gc and said "we will text you once we land."

After 10 minutes, me and Etheral just landed. We brought our luggage down and we met up near a bench by the restrooms. me and Etheral were so tired but we had to wait for Luca.
