A/N: So I know this chapter will seem VERY immature compared to the upcoming chapters but bear with it! I've been writing this story since I was ten and I am now fifteen. The chapters to come are waay better. I think they get better at around chapters five? Six? The point is they get better! Read it, learn it, love it!
Chapter 1
[Summer Days]
Ahh, summer is just so awesome!
No school, awesome weather, stayin' up all night, every night.
Oh, and hanging with your friends. 'Gotta love them.
"Snake,snake. Sat on a snake. Snake,snake. Sat on a snake."
I sang, jumping up and down as Alice and Star turned the jump rope.
"Dumbledore!" Joy, my younger sister, sang, jumping in and out of the turning rope.
Yup, just me and my loving, crazy friends. We may be older than 10 but we all act like 6 year old kids.
"Snake,snake. Sat on a snake. Snake,sna-"
"HARRY POTTER?!" Sam, my friend since I was 5, yelled, lost not knowing when he was suppose to jump in yet jumped in anyway.
"NOO!! Dammit, Sam! Joe hasnt even jumped in yet!! So why the fuck would you jump in right now?!!?" I yelled getting pissed at this dude, like always.
"I didn't know when to come in! You guys never tell me!!" This boy is seriously slooow.
"Dude, you jump in after me." Joseph, my older brother, said.
"Ok, Jessica its ok! We can just start over!" Star, Joe's girlfriend, said. That girl is always looking at the bright side.
Shit, Maybe I should like, introduce myself. My name is Jessica Parker, and I live in Orlando, Florida. Awesome place.
Right now me and friends are just playing in front of my next door neighbor, Sam's house.
"I don't wanna." I said pouting.
"Oh here we go.." Joy said sighing.
"No don't say that! It's Sam's fault!" I yelled trying to block the sun from my eyes with my hand.
"OH OF COURSE YOU BLAME IT ON ME! IT'S ALWAYS ME!!" He yelled back.
"YES! IT IS ALWAYS YOU!" I screamed. This guy really knows how to make me mad.
"OK GUYS! Whatever, we can just play something else right? It's only 1pm, we got a long way before we have to go in the house. So just pick something else to play." Jason, Joe's bestfriend and Sam's older cousin, said.
I love that dude, always the peacekeeper.
"Ok. Well, I get to pick the next game we play!" Sam yelled. No Sam, fuck you.
"NO! I do!! You're the one that messed this game up! So I get to pick!! Jay! Tell him I get to pick!!" I yelled, knowing Jason would let me pick.
"Noooo!!!!! I wanna pick!" Sam yelled. Jason sighed.
"Jess gets to pick." He said. YES! VICTORY!!
I smiled at Sam as I did a quiet victory dance in my mind.
"Fine." Sam sighed. Hmm, what game is Sam least good at?
"I wanna play...Hide and Seek." I said smiling my evil little smile looking at Sam. His face was priceless when I said that.
"NO NO NO! You know I suck at hiding! And when Im IT I dont know where to look!!" He yelled.
Um duh, thats why I picked that game.
