For a hot minute Naruto's name (and the entirety of the boy himself) was tossed around in the conversation between Tsunade, Kabuto and Orochimaru. His grandmother was angry at the fact that Orochimaru knew where he had been all the while but kept it a secret. The serpentine man in question insisted on a mysterious reason he really couldn't tell Tsunade or anybody else about the boy's whereabouts. The best he could do, he claimed, was to wait until Naruto's release date and guide him back to Konoha. Even if Iruka had not found him on Shippuden street Naruto would have found his way into Tsunade's arms one way or the other with Orochimaru's help.
"Don't call it help you sleazy freak." Tsunade snapped hotly CA,X, not quite trusting her friend. Friend. Can you believe it? Tsunade and Orochimaru were childhood friends along with Jiraiya! Naruto just found that out while they continued talking like he wasn't there. "Knowing you, you probably wanted to enroll him into your thug school." Another unbelievable fact was that Sound High actually belonged to Orochimaru even though he remained a teacher at KSA.
Naruto could remember bits of his childhood where the pale man had been trying to convince his father to enroll him into his school. It was Sound High after all. Thank goodness his father didn't listen to him back then. That place was a breeding site for animals, not a school. In Naruto's honest opinion that is. With the reputation of the students of Sound nothing could ever change his view about the school.
"Fine I did want to do that," Orochimaru admitted and Tsunade let out a triumphant 'aha!' "but.."
At this point Naruto got tired of being ignored and cut in rudely. "Hey freaky snake man!"
Orochimaru pointed to himself unbelievably. "Would that be me?" He asked dumbly. Naruto ignored the question and asked his own.
"Tell me what you know about Muzuki! You know who hired him don't you? What nasty secrets are you keeping?!"
Orochimaru's lip twitched with a false smile. "Tsunade." He called saccharine sweet. "It seems to me that Minato's boy lacks proper manners to address his elders with." As he talked he stalked towards the whiskered blond who was already wilting on his spot with regret. Orochimaru was scary after all, and a suspect for his parents murder might he add. Said man grabbed a marked cheek with his long, clawed fingers, and pulled hard. Naruto yelped at the pain. "I would gladly stitch it into him."
"That won't be necessary." Tsunade swatted Orochimaru's hand away from Naruto's face and drew the teen closer to her while he rubbed his sore cheek. "The boy asked you some candid questions Orochimaru. We would have to discuss this with the police." She turned to Kabuto. "You too young man."
"You want to have me and my assistant arrested?" Orochimaru's brow raised.
Tsunade's hand tightened over Naruto's shoulder. "Only if you're found guilty Orochimaru."
Orochimaru smiled. It sent chills down Naruto's spine. "Alright, I shall sit for questioning."
"And I will contact the police."
With that they parted ways. When Naruto and Tsunade were far away enough from Orochimaru and Kabuto the blond turned to the older woman. "You think it's safe to tell them we're calling the police on them?" He asked.
"Don't worry about the details gaki. Now go to your room, you've been outside for too long!" And so Naruto was dismissed. He had no choice to go back to his room anyway. The others had been discharged from the hospital while he was still in his coma of the sorts, and none of them answered their phones or replied his frantic messages. Only Tenten did. She told him in full detail the things that happened while he was asleep, all that she knew about it.
"Akamaru got severely injured." The brown haired girl had told him on a phone call. "It really depressed Kiba, you know how he loves his dog. Other than that Kiba's mum got really freaked out about Kiba's sickness and threatened to withdraw him from our school. So we might not see dog boy again starting next semester."
