Haleb: Where it all continues: Book 2 (discontinued)

We are cuddled up in bed together, talking quietly and laughing. Our favourite movie is on but still playing in the distance as we talk.

When the movie is finished, I turn it off with the remote on the bedside table and she turns around and looks me lovingly in the eye.

She has beautiful eyes. I love her eyes. They tell a story; a story of sadness, joy, happiness and love. I really love her. So much.

I lean in and we kiss. Our fingers intertwine and when we stop, she pulls me in for a hug. We stay there and close our eyes for quite a while, in silence. A beautiful silence that I could never get tired of hearing. A beautiful silence has a sound of its own, a lovely one that people should embrace.

I could never say it enough; I love this girl so much. Whatever I have put her through: hospital visits, near death, a month apart, she has stayed by my side and loved me. And I love her for that.

"Hey baby," I whisper.

"Hmm? You okay honey?"

"When do you want the wedding to be?"

Yeah yeah I know she asked me the same question. I want to know what she thinks. I really don't mind when the wedding is, as long as she's happy.

"Hm I don't actually know...maybe about...dunno...two months?" she replies.

"Sounds good to me."
