Friends?

A few days later

Josh's POV: it was finally Saturday... no school, no Mully or narrator just me, myself, and I... I told my mom me a Mully broke up but she didn't freak out like last time... I was just on my bed staring at the ceiling when my door opened "Josh lets go" "Where?" I asked "We're going to Mully's house, I need to get some work stuff done with Mully's Mom" She said "Ok but why do I have to come? You know me and Mully-" "Yes I know but I don't want you here by yourself" "Mom his house is three houses down I'll be fine" "Your coming so get ready" My mom said before leaving my room, I sighed and got ready.

Small time skip

As we got out of the house I saw narrator leaving... which I wouldn't expect him to leave already but whatever, we got to Mully's house and thank god his mom answered the door "Hi come in" she said and for the next couple of hours they were discussing things, telling each other drama, and a whole lot of other shit... eventually Mully's mom said  "Josh you can go upstairs and chill in my room, use the tv, use the bathroom, I don't mind" She said "Ok, thank you" I said and headed upstairs, thank god I was already getting bored... I headed upstairs and Mully's room was wide open and he wasn't in there... this definitely seems like a set up but I don't even care... I went inside his room and closed the door, there were a bunch of things everywhere... Mully clearly took down our pictures so narrator wouldn't see... they were all In his drawers as well as some of my drawings I did for him... I closed the drawer and just sat on the floor but I felt something when I placed my hand on the ground... under the bed was a diary? Huh? I didn't know he had one... maybe I shouldn't have but I opened it and started reading it... As I flipped through all the pages they were all about me..?  I smiled as I read through, he was so cute... I- *sighs* I grabbed the diary and shoved it in my bag, not like he'd want it anyways if it's about me... I went to Mully's closet and I took one look and immediately grabbed one of his sweaters I always wore, you don't have to ask me twice to take that... I folded it and was somehow able to fit it in my bag, I was planning to look around a bit more but I heard footsteps coming up the stairs so I immediately went inside Mully's bathroom...

Mully's POV: Narrator dropped me off and I headed to the front door and I was surprised to see Josh's mom there "Oh hey Mully" she said "hi..." I said before I walked upstairs, when I got to my room the door was close which I was surprised about but I didn't question it. I opened the door and I saw that my bathroom door was close? Who's in there? I then saw the door opened and Josh came out "Oh uh hi" Josh said "hi..? What are you doing in my room..." "Clearly using the bathroom" Josh said "Ok... but why mine" "Yours in the closet to the stairs" Josh said and I sighed "How's it going with narrator?" Josh asked "Fine... you and Eddie are friends again..?" "Yeah took him long enough" Josh said "Are you and narrator ok?" "Yeah? He's a nice guy" "So your not mad at him?" "No I don't have a reason to be, I mean he doesn't even know we were dating before" "Look I'm sorry..." "Why?" "Because what I did was a dick move..." "Well that's the past" Josh said and was about to leave but I grabbed him "Can we just be friends..." I said "Ok f-friends..." Josh said.

Josh's POV: I didn't wanna be friends... but that was the most we were gonna be... "Do you plan on looking for someone?" Mully asked "Yeah" that was a lie I couldn't move on from him even if I wanted to... "I can help you..." Mully offered well fuck "If you insist..." I said.

Mully's POV: As we were walking towards the door I was of course questioned by my mom "Where are you two going..?" My mom asked sounding confused "I'm dropping Josh off at Juicy's house and I'm headed to Eddie's..." I said "Ok, stay safe" my mom said and we left, "So where are we going?" Josh asked "I'm setting you up with a few people" "I don't even know them..." "That's the point your gonna get to know them" I said and Josh just sighed.

Time skip, the date...

"Ok your gonna go in there and get to know him, here" I said as I handed him an ear piece "What's this for?" "So I can listen and help you on what to say an ask" "You just wanna listen..." "Yeah..." I said "Do I have to do this?" "Yes go" I said and Josh went in.

Josh's POV: I got to the table and he seem ok... he was a tall guy with dark brown hair with green eyes, "Hi I'm Alan" he said as he stuck his hand out for me to shake it... "hi... I'm Josh..." I said, "You look lovely" he said "thanks..." I said, I already hated him... "So what do you like to do for fun?" "Draw and read..." "Oh that sounds great, I love to explore and hike" "Didn't ask..." I mumbled "Josh..." I heard Mully say in the ear piece "Would you like to travel around or would you just prefer to stay home?" He asked "I'd like to go where ever your not at..." I said and I immediately saw his Jaw drop...
