Tiana's pov
After I got out the shower and got dressed (MM) I went downstairs when I turned the corner I froze.
"Hay T" Chris said smiling
I gave him a weak smile and sat down on a couch. Before anybody could say anything else I got a text from Aug.
Auggiebear: I'm on my way
Baeness: ight
"Ugh K you should go get dressed we're about to leave" I said motioning for her to go upstairs
She went upstairs and I followed after her after we got up there I stopped her.
"August is on his way over here and and he's coming with us today so I need you to tell Chris to play nice" I said
I was about to walk away when she stopped me "tell August to play nice to... You wouldn't want him to get hurt" she said smiling and going into her room and closing the door
I walked downstairs just when the doorbell went off "I got it"
I opened the door and there was august with roses but I pushed him out of the door
"Baby I need you to stay calm when we get in here now" I said hugging him so when I tell him he won't flip
"I'm fine baby why wouldn't I be?" He asked kissing my forehead
"Because Kelly brought Chris and he is coming with us today to" I said hugging him tighter
I watched him ball up his fist then release it "okay baby I'll stay calm now I don't think I can take anymore news with you squeezing this tight on my ribs"
"Oh sorry" I said letting go then looking down
He grabbed me and hugged me picking me up and spinning me around then stopped and kissed me I kissed back then pulled away
"Come on we gotta go inside" I said taking the flowers and his hand and leading him inside
We got inside and walked to the living room Chris face went blank.
"Daddy this is my boyfriend August" I said they shook hands and he told August to sit I was about to sit as well but then my dad spoke.
"T I wanna talk to them alone do me a favor and go downstairs and pour me something to drink" he said
"What do you want?" I asked standing up
"Something brown" he said flashing me a smile
I nodded and went downstairs... I wonder what he's talking to them about? What's so private that I had to leave the room? I asked pouring his drink I was about to take it to him when I thought even I need a drink so I ended up making everyone a drink put them on a plate like how bartenders use then walked back upstairs. When I got up there they were all laughing.
"I got drinks" I said walking in
I gave my dad his first then August then Chris. I grabbed mine and let Kelly's sit. After we finished our drinks Kelly came downstairs.
"Y'all been drinking without me?" She asked sitting next to Chris and grabbing her drink
"Well you took forever now let's go" my dad said standing and grabbing his keys
They all walked out the house as I turned lights off then locked the front door. I ran to August car and got in but my dad called me and Kelly on 3 way.
"Just follow me okay?" He asked
"Okay" me and Kelly said
I hung up and told Aug so he backed out so everyone else could since he was blocking them once everyone one was out I noticed everybody had ferrari's. August was white, Chris was black and my dad's was red. After following my dad for about 5 mins we pulled up to Dave and busters. I was jumping up and down in my seat. Aug couldn't even park the car before I jumped out and started running towards the door. I looked beside me and Kelly was right there so I ran faster but she was right there. We ran up on the door but it was locked so me and Kelly both fell backwards on the ground.
"Fuck!" I yelled out rubbing the back of my head
"Watch ur mouth young lady" my dad said walking up, unlocking the door then walking in
"Come on baby" August said pulling me up and brushing me off
Chris came and helped Kelly up and we went inside. There was nobody there tho.
"Daddy u rented out Dave and busters?" I asked walking over to the booth he was sitting at
"Yep and here's a card with $500 for all of you" he said handing each of us a card
"Thx u" I said kissing him putting my stuff down then running over to the giant claw machine
Chris and Kelly went their own way and August came over
"You know how to play these?" I asked him
"Yes actually my uncle taught me" he put the card in the machine and started moving it around
"That one!" I said pointing to a pit bull
The machine dropped and he actually got it.
"Yaaaaaayy" I said jumping on his back as he bent down to get it out
He stood up and handed it to me and started walking I kissed his cheek and admired the dog. When we stopped I looked up and it was a fun house. I jumped off his back put my dog in my purse sat it down then ran inside. I was hiding from August and backing up when all of a sudden I backed into somebody. We both screamed but I stopped after I recognized Kelly's scream. I turned and we both started laughing then Aug and Chris both came running which made us laugh harder. They both gave us that really nigga look.
At Frankie's
"Daddy ur too old" I said climbing into a go cart
"But watch me win" he said climbing in another one
"Daddy I will give u $500 if u win" Kelly said
"Good idea how about winner gets 500 from everyone else?" I said looking back at Chris and Aug
"Deal" they all said
The thing started counting down
"3...2...1... Go!" We all took off!
