Lady (y/n) seems to have something she isn't going to tell me. It seems to be like why I wear this eye patch. A sat in my office, thinking of ways to catch one of criminals the Queen had sent me after. I heard foot steps walking around, so I stood up from my chair when I heard the footsteps stop. When they had stopped I heard a loud thud come from right outside my door. I ran outside of my room to see Sebastian running up the stairs and Lady (y/n) laying on the ground out cooled. Sebastian checked her pulse and her forehead. She was still breathing, her pulse was at a slow rate, and her forehead was on fire. We could see her eyes darting around under her eyelids, as if she was dreaming. I was worried for my new guest, there had been a murder going around poisoning young girls around our age. Causing the same symptoms she has now. They would go into a coma, one they would never wake up from. There are illnesses that she could have caught, which I'm hoping for, but she would need to rest for a while till she was all better. I watched as Sebastian picked (y/n) up and carried her to the guest room, where she will be staying till she is well enough to get back on her feet.

I woke up to the beautiful sunlight in my eyes. My head was spinning and my eyes felt as if they were on fire. I hadn't remembered anything from last night, only that I was at the Phantomhive manor with a boy about my age and his butler. I had looked around to find myself in the guest bedroom and Ciel asleep in a chair beside me. I tried not to wake him up but when I had moved to sit up he heard me. ¨Good morning Lady (y/n). You had blacked out, gotten a temperature, and your pulse had slowed down. We believe you have gotten some sort of illness going around, but luckily, Sebastian is a great doctor and had helped with the pulse and a bit of the fever.¨ He looked at me and smiled, he reached out and felt my forehead. I was ify on letting him come near me, but I knew he was trying to help me. ¨Why are you helping me?¨ I let slip past my lips. He looked at me surprised by my question and looked at me puzzlingly. ¨Haven't your parents ever taken care of you when you got sick?¨ I looked down. The only thing that went through my head was, should I tell him the truth or lie again? ¨Well... Lady (y/n), while you are sick you will be staying with me. Once you are back on your feet, you can go back home. Where are you from, if you don't mind me asking?¨ I looked at him and sighed ¨I'm from (wherever)...¨ He looked at me and tilted his head, ¨How did you end up the whole way in London by yourself? I don't understand why you would leave your home and come here.¨ I looked at him and smiled, ¨I'm going to tell you the truth. I never wanted too, but you have been kind enough to share you home with me. I ran away from home... The (l/n) family is rich, money coming out no where rich. We own some companies that import and export many foreign goods.¨
