Part 7: Regret

At the Palace:

Jin was doing some of his remaining chores when suddenly the door Burst opened revealing jimin in a state he never wished for...eyes red and swollen from crying,body shivering from an extreme cold,disheveled hair,heavy breathing...he didn't even utter a single word and suddenly collapsed.

Jin without wasting a sec...called medic,after some time jimin's in law's also arrived and saw a subdued jimin which is totally opposite of always a cheerful kid in their eyes,there was a little frown settled on his face,pale skin and then they saw his brother sat beside him like a statue....

"Uhummm,care to explain what happened"? The queen asked.

"Why don't you ask your own son"...jin replied with a sudden change of expression ..full of rage.Both king and queen without arguing ordered the medic to take care of jimin while they took Jin with them to their private chamber.

At the lake :

Jungkook was furious and totally out of control.....after he asked jimin to leave... and now felt guilty because what he said was false..he didn't even meant it but the thought of accepting this is still inconvicible to his own self and that's what suffocating him..he wants to know the reason of why he acts like this around jimin,In his presence he starts to feel some kind of strange attraction like something in jimin pulls him towards himself and he doesn't have the control over it.he lied when he confessed about his hatred towards jimin when he knows himself that he can't deny this now and wants to reach the depth to get all of his answers.Thatswhy,he made up his mind to sort this mess out when he reaches the palace.

Author's pov:

Jungkook as per his parents order joined them into their private chamber where they all can discuss any kind of stuff.

He then looked at Jin slightly shaking with his face looking downwards,tears falling directly on the ground..namjoon wanted to go near him and console him but he can't because it's strictly prohibited for the royal guards to show any kind of affection to anyone beside their king and family and Jin is yet to become his family.

After some time king stood up from his chair and came forward facing jungkook..

Jungkook! I didn't expected such kind of behaviour from you,I know you have no interest in jimin but atleast show some mercy..you are a king now,it's your duty to serve your people with kindness too and jimin is also one of them right?we don't know what happened between both of you.. currently jimin is not in the state of explaining anything so,go on you have to do it otherwise you are not leaving this chamber tonight.

Jungkook was going to say something when Jin interrupted...

No,it's not his fault king it's mine ..all of this happening is just because of my and my fault only...I thought jimin will be safe here and he'll finally be free to live his life according to his choices but,it's all getting drown and I'm afraid if it's good for his health any longer or not ..I want your permission to take him back to our home ..I'll take care of him there as I always have done till now ...I know you all are in some kind of confusion of why I'm being so much worried.but,it's of no use to even explain this it's a long story and after his majesty's act of kindness towards jimin today I fear to trust him.

Jungkook came forward looking Jin in his eyes providing some kind of assurance...

"Look"i know I've done so much of wrong things today and I'm feeling shameful for that too but,you don't understand I'm a king for the people out there but I'm only jungkook too...this jungkook has heart to love too,this jungkook has feelings too and this jungkook can't just change his heart or force himself to love or accept someone without feeling a connection too!...
I won't do anything to him I promise but please don't leave me hanging in here with all of these questions revolving around my mind without a single answer.Tell me all of it I want to know..
