Me and a few students from my herbology class were sat in the courtyard comparing our results from our past like 5 tests when Mattheo came running over to us. Some people got scared but honestly i don't blame them as he was like fully sprinting. "Y/nnnnnnnnnnnnnn i need help you guys just did a test right..?" i nod my head know what he's going to ask. "can you help me study ive failed so many of these tests" I obviously agree and we sit on the floor as I take my books out of my bag. Matt seemed to be getting the hang of it so i let him do it on his own and text Enzo to come and meet us out here. He texted me back saying he was in class but it finishes soon and he will be there in about 10 minutes.
"Enzo's coming after his lesson by the way" Matt simply just looked up and smiled at me before going back to his studying. I remembered that I had some notes in my bag that Mattheo could probably use so i get them out and placed them next to him. I continued to help him study since i had nothing else to do. After about 7 minutes we quickly go over everything we studied and put everything away before standing up. I laugh at Matt as i notice he has dirt all over his robe for sitting on the floor.
"What the fuck are you laughing at your robe is dirty too y/l/n" He pointed out, which made me laugh even more and he started laughing too. We wiped down our robes mostly cleaning them before starting a conversation about dragons. No idea why but we just did. I was talking about how dragons could be related to birds when i felt someone's arms wrap around my waist. I turn around and smile as Enzo let go and pulled me into a hug. Mattheo held up a hand heart and Enzo smacked his hands, embarrassed by him. I laugh at the stupidity and continue the conversation about dragons.
"okay but realistically dragons could actually be related to bird because they can both fly right.?" I looked at both Matt and Enzo as i was talking. Mattheo looked as though he was thinking i could be right but Lorenzo started laughing.
"Dragons are no where near related to birds y/n, do you not listen in class? they're closest relatives are most likely crocodiles" I refused to believe what Enzo was saying until he pulled out a book from one of his classes. A book about dragons. I sighed in defeat as he read out a paragraph from the book proving him right and me terribly wrong. We kept talking about dragons for the next 20 minutes until some random ravenclaw kid came strutting over to us. I think his name was like Micheal or something. Anyway he came strutting over like he was some big boss man and he looked angry. He walked straight up to Lorenzo and said,
"Who do you think you are, Berkshire?" We all looked at eachother confused. "My girlfriend broke up with me for you and don't think i don't know it." Me and Matt burst out laughing while Enzo replied with a simple "Who is your girlfriend exactly. Sorry was your girlfriend" which made us laugh even more. The Micheal kid lost it and punched Enzo in the face, causing his nose so start bleeding. At this point Matt and I had completely stopped laughing and just stood there watching. That was until Lorenzo punched the guy back in the face, resulting in a full on fist fight. Some kids pulled out their phones, recording, while others chanted 'fight fight fight' or 'oooooohhh'. I just stood and watched as Enzo repeatedly punched this kid in the face until Snape and Mcgonagall came rushing over, pulling the two boys apart. They dragged them away to what I assumed would be Dumbledores office. Me and Matt quickly exchanged looks before we got rushed to go to class by Flitch.
~time skip~
I heard my phone buzz as i was sitting in the slytherin common room with Matt and Draco. Enzo had texted me telling me to meet him on the bridge. I grabbed my jacket and said bye to the boys before i left to go meet Lorenzo. On my way to the bridge, i saw Micheal and he had a black eye, bloody nose and a busted lip. I tried not to laugh at the sight of it and walked quicker before i burst out laughing. I saw Enzo at the other end of the bridge and waved. He pulled me into a hug as i walked over to him and i laughed at his bloody nose. I took a picture and immediately sent it to Draco, who replied with a laughing crying emoji. Enzo explained that he got out of detention for self defence but Micheal has detention for 2 weeks with Snape.
