It's been a week since the trial. The first night took some getting used to, I couldn't handle knowing that Mr Starker would be going to prison even though I didn't believe it was him that did it.
In the end I comforted myself with some ice cream, Dean, Sam, Castiel and the fact that I knew I had voted that he wasn't guilty.
But I was mostly comforted by Dean, Sam and Castiel.
It's Friday now though and it's been 7 days since getting back into my old routine. The boring and tiring routine that involves me being a University student by day and... Still a University Student by night. I.e. Work, more work, food, work, work, work, sleep while your working, wake up, work, work, work.
Yup. Fun stuff.
Mr Gibbs, my History Professor, decided to give us an extra essay to do so I'm in the library staring at a blank screen because. Well, because I haven't written any words on it. Well, I have, but they're not exactly part of the english language. I doubt they're part of any language really. Yteehwbneh. Yeah, definitely not part of any language.
I'm bored and my stomach growling tells me I'm hungry. Normally, I'm embarrassed by this and start making noises with my mouth that are similar to my stomach when I'm out in public. Yeah, it doesn't really help but whatever helps me sleep at night. However, at this moment in time, I'm too hungry to care about the person next to me staring as if there is some sort of animal inside of me. So I carry on staring at the computer screen. It's so pretty. And white. And blank. And wordless. And... Blank.
I check the time. 2:00. I've been here since 1:30. Well, I've been working for like 2 hours. I deserve a break. Granted, 2 hours is an exaggeration and I haven't actually done any work but lack of food increases time. I'm allowed a break.
I decide food is the best way to spend my break. Obviously. What 19 year old girl wouldn't choose food? So I decide to make a stop at the nearest fast food place. Straightening my brown hair to make myself look the least bit presentable seeing as I look dead right now, I order 1/2 a grilled chicken and a bag of extra large fries. Normally I would go for a whole chicken but what can I say - I'm on a diet.
After paying for the only reason I continue to live, I exit the drive through. Or rather, I try to but something catches my eye on the shop window.
'Jeremy Dawson was reported missing from his house on 10 June 2015. If anyone has any news about his whereabouts please contact...........'
The missing poster has a picture of a man in his early 40s. I'm about to disregard the poster and assure myself that I haven't seen the man when I stop and realise I have seen him. In fact I've spoken to him. Jeremy Dawson was one of the jury members.
