Have you ever had that one friend? The friend who makes you feel good? Stanley for sure did. Stanley's been friends with Richie, Eddie, and bill for years. He's tried to force he was straight. But was he? He wasn't completely sure at the time. He thought he was. But something in his heart told him he was madly in love with Bill Debrough. Hearing his name makes him fall even more in love with him. His own friends thought he was straight too. Which was good for Stan. Because if they knew what would happen? Would they kick him out of the group? Would they never talk to him again? That's why he kept the secret a secret. Always talking about girls. Which he would almost die at. He likes girls. But never imagined himself dating one. It's like if he ever did, His whole world would end. That's what told him that he was gay. Never liking girls in that way. Sure enough he is in love with bill. Ever since IT a year ago. He's good at guessing relationships. Like Richie and Eddie. Stanley could tell they were dating ever since Eddie broke his arm in the neibolt house. Ben and Beverly. The way Ben looked at Beverly was canonically boyfriend and girlfriend. Now Stanley needed Bill. He needed kisses and cuddles. He was desperate. Stanley tried to hide it of course. And it did work. No one ever noticed. Which he thought was a accomplishment. But it was not. It was more of a "jokes on you! You're gay!! You've been living a whole lie!"
