Background : Ace Hikari is the next Kamen Rider ooo, the successor to Eiji Hino. He was a child in the Pokemon anime series, and later got to know the Kamen Riders, especially Kamen Rider Ooo. A big fan of Pokemons and Kamen Riders, he was accidentally killed by God on his way home from school one day, to apologize, God authorizes him to resurrect him in any world but to give him powers, Ace has chosen to go of the world of the pokemons and also he asks to have the powers of Kamen rider ooo, God accepts and sends him in the world of the pokemons.
