I ate silently because I was afraid that they were still angry from last night . Luckily, they had not mentioned anything about my punishment..." Princess, we want to tell you something... We're getting married on Saturday," said Raphael calmly.

My eyes widened so much that they nearly fell from their sockets. The milk that was in the mug i was holding splashed all over as the glass mug fell from my hands to the floor and broke into many pieces. Those broken pieces represented my broken heart...

Marriage, wedding... no, no, no! I couldn't accept it. I didn't want those monsters to be my husbands.

My mind screamed at me to run away, and that was what I did. I heard them calling me, but I didn't stop. I saw the exit and ran faster. As soon as I stepped foot out of the mansion , a vehicle appeared out of nowhere. I was nearly hit by a black luxurious car.

Elisa stood in shock. She was nearly hit by a car. If that car had been speeding, she would have had an accident.

Four men alighted from the car and aimed their guns at her. Another car arrived. She saw a beautiful woman alight , she looked like she was in her early 40s . Behind her was a tall ,handsome, intimidating man. Just by looking at him, she knew that he was the twins' father.

She was frozen. She thought she was going to die. What if Mr Romano ordered those men to shoot her? She felt like she was about to pass out . The mere thought of being in front of the people who raised those monsters was terrifying. She wanted the world to open up and swallow her alive. Her heart was beating loudly like the West African Tom Tom drums!

"What the fuck are you doing!? How dare you aim your gun to the next mafia queen !" Exclamined Mr Romano angrily. The bodyguards quickly apologized . They looked scared.

The twins came outside after hearing the commotion. " Izrael is she the one? She is so beautiful!" Said Mrs Romano happily as she hugged the confused Elisa. " Thank you so much for accepting my sons, I thought they were going to die single. " she said and giggled softly.

Just then, another girl alighted from the car. She was very cute . She had short hair. She was the twins' last born sister. She was almost the same height as Elisa. The girl, Tara, looked at the scared Elisa then softly hugged her. "Hello..." Said Tara. Who would have thought that these monsters would have such a soft-spoken sister?

Unknown to Elisa, the twins uncles and more relatives were coming over.

Elisa looked at all of them without saying a word. Raphael ushered everyone into the mansion. Evelyn, Mrs Romano, was disappointed when her future daughter-in-law did not greet them. They all sat in the living room. Elisa was between the twins on one couch, the Romano parents sat on another couch while Tara sat on her own.

Mr Romano liked the girl who had been chosen to be the next mafia queen. The Romano men had always chosen innocent, submissive, and docile women. Elisa was a perfect example. Although his sons had told him how they met and how she always rejected them, Mr Romano was sure that they would tame her.

" Child, why don't you go ask the maids to bring us some tea." Evelyn ordered Tara softly. Tara nodded and went to the kitchen.

All this time, Elisa was in her own world. She was thinking of how to escape the situation. She looked at Mrs Romano with tearful eyes. " P-please don't f-force me to get into m-marriage..."Said Elisa.
