~This imagine is dedicated to the wonderful Sir Christopher Lee. May he rest in peace~

"Father, I'm going out and see if I can find us some fruit." You say to the Saruman. Saruman found you as a baby on the doorstep of Orthanc. He took you in and raised you as his own daughter. Saruman and you are very close, and can't imagine life without each other. Saruman looks up from the book he's reading. "You will be careful, won't you?" He says. You smile and nod. "Yes, of course." You say, walking over to where he's sitting. He wraps his arm around your waist and you kiss his head. "Don't be gone too long now. I have a few easy spells I want to show you tonight." Saruman says. Your eyes widen and you grin excitedly. "Really?" You ask, practically bouncing on your feet. He laughs and it ricochet off the walls of Orthanc. "Yes, of course, Y/N." He says, patting your waist. "Now get on with you. We have work to do when you get back." Saruman says, smiling up at you. You smile and kiss his head once more. "I love you, father." You say. "I love you too." He says. You walk away from him. "Be careful, Y/N! Don't talk to strangers!" Saruman exclaims. "I won't." You say, smiling. "And-and stay away from Fangorn!" He warns. "And be back before dark!" He adds. You turn around to look at him while you walk backwards. "Okay." You laugh. Saruman leans back in his chair and smiles at you. "Have fun." He says. You nod, smiling. "I will, father. I'll be back soon. Don't worry about me." You say, turning back around. You walk out of Orthanc, grinning at the protectiveness of your father. ~
You pick an apple off a tree and lay it in your basket full of fruit. "Well, I guess I should be heading back now." You say to yourself, walking back to the direction of Isengard. Once you reach Isengard and see the tower of Orthanc, you smile. You shift the basket to your other arm and continue on your way when you hear a scuffle coming from Fangorn. You stop walking and stare at the forest. You slowly back away as some of the tree branches start moving and the rustling becomes louder. Your eyebrows draw as ten men pile out of Fangorn. You take a step back, your eyes widening. "Who do we have here?" One asks, walking towards you. The rest of the men follow and you continue to walk backwards. "We've never seen her around." Another comments, looking you up and down, a sick smile on his face. Your stomach twists. "I have a feeling we'll be seeing her around quite often." A man throws in, grinning. The nine other men laugh and your breath quickens, feeling sick to your stomach. The ten men leer towards you and that's when you take off toward Orthanc. You run down the stone back and drop your basket. "Father! Father!" You scream. The men chase after you. "Father!" You scream in a panic. Saruman comes running down the stairs of Orthanc and his eyes widen when he sees the men chasing you. You run to Saruman's side and wrap your arms around his waist, looking at the men in fear. Saruman puts protective arm around you and holds his staff in his other hand. The men pull up straight once they see you next to Saruman. "That's her father?" One of the men shriek. They all pale when Saruman raises his staff. "What do you think you're doing chasing my beloved daughter as if she is some animal you're trying to corner and kill?" Saruman asks angrily. He pulls you closer and you rest your head against his shoulder, staring at the foul men.
"We-we didn't mean any harm." One man says. The rest of the men stare in fear at Saruman. "Of course you didn't. You just wanted to torment my daughter and make her scared." Saruman says, his eyes narrowing into slits. "My daughter is my life. I don't know how I lived without her. If any psychical harm would have come to her today, know that I'd have your heads." He says. The men nod fervently. "Now, I'm just banishing you from Isengard. Go back to whence you came and never come near here again. If you do..." Saruman trails off and gives the men a look. "Now, be gone!" He exclaims, pounding the end of his staff in the ground. A bright stream of light flashes and the men disappear. You look to your father. "Where did you send them?" You ask. "Deep into the heart of Fangorn. That will teach them a lesson to never mess with a Wizard..." Saruman answers. He looks to you and smiles. "Or a Wizard's daughter." He says. You smile and hug your father. "Thank you." You say. Saruman returns the hug and pats your back. "Vile creatures men can be sometimes." He sighs, shaking his head. You shudder. "Yeah." You agree. You look up at him and smile. "But thank goodness I have you to protect me and keep me safe." You say. Saruman smiles and kisses your forehead. "Now what do you say I teach you those spells?" He asks. You nod. "Yes!" You exclaim. Saruman laughs and wraps an arm around your shoulders. He pulls you close while walking up the stairs of Orthanc.
