2nd Date

Jen's POV

"Well, if we are going to date, I am taking you out on a real date."

"No Jen, let me, I have the perfect idea anyways."

"Fine,but I get to plan the next one."

Keith got up and walked to the other room while dialing a phone number, it was so hard to contain my curiosity.

Keith came back about 10 minutes later, I had my attention focused on the TV when Keith sat next to me on the couch and grabbed my hand and kissed it. I laughed and sat facing towards him.

"So, where are we going?"

"I guess you'll just have to wait and find out."

"But..."

"No buts." He put his finger in front of my mouth.

"Well I need to go get things ready, be ready at 7:00."

"Ok Keith, see you later." I hugged him and gave him a soft kiss before he left.

Keith's POV

*Knock,knock*

"Hey Keith."

"Hey Je-, wow." I ran my eyes up and down her body about 5 times.

"What?"

"You look beautiful."

She was wearing a knee length floral patterned summer kinda style dress with her hair in a tight pony. Well I was just wearing my good ole' black skinny jeans and a low v neck t shirt.

"Thanks, I love your shirt." I don't know what was so great about my shirt, mind you I've been told I look attractive in these so maybe that's it.

"You ready to go?"

"Yea, lets go." I took her by the hand and led her into my car.

"So, Keith, where are we going?"

"You'll see." I gave her a smirk.

I made reservations for us at a beach front restaurant. I just want to show her I care.

Jen's POV

I was slightly anxious, I wasn't sure what Keith has planned for us this evening.

20 minutes later...

It looks like we are getting closer to the ocean. OMG, is Keith taking me on the beach. I started to get excited but I didn't want to let anything show, and I don't want to get my hopes up. Keith pulled up to this restaurant that was right on the beach; Sea Seafood. I love Seafood, but how does Keith know?

"Are we eating at this place?"

"Yes, I know how much you love seafood."

"How'd you know?"

"I may have kinda asked Ryan about you." Keith blushed. A lock of his perfect highlighted hair fell into his eye

"Awe, no ones ever really done anything this nice for me before."

"Really?! No ones ever surprised you?"

"Nope."

"We'll I'm glad I could be the first."

We entered the restaurant and we were the only ones in there.

"Uh, Keith, you sure it's opened?"

"Yes, just follow me."

He led me out the back of the restaurant and out along the sand where there was a beautiful table centred with a few burning candles. There were two covered trays on the table.

"You sit first." He led me over to my seat and pulled it out for me. When he opened the lid to my tray my eyes lit up, its scallop and shrimp pasta, my favorite!

"Happy second date baby." Keith looks at me and leans down to give me a kiss.

"Wow Keith, this is amazing! Thank you:)."

Keith had the same thing I did, after we were finished Keith got up and excused himself to go to the bathroom. About 4 minutes after he left he came back, with a guitar. OMG, is he... I was completely speechless. he started to sing.
