The ship descended, alerting me of a landing any klik now. During the rest of the flight, I hadn't spoken again. Neither did Ultra Magnus. Instead I had been scanning the ship, looking for a way to escape. Magnus' ship was a fortress. And I've never been captured before, so I've never escaped. But I like to think I've gotten better at trying out new things.

Once the ship had landed, Ultra Magnus did something with the controls. He then walked over to my cell, and turned off the electrified bars. My servos were still tied behind me in the cuffs. I had thought about attacking him, doing a kick of some sort. But as my processor thought out that plan, sizing up the mech, it was too risky. No doubt he'd be expecting it, and prepared for it. He's probably expecting me to be as uncooperative as possible.

Ultra Magnus grabbed my arm, pushing me in front of him. As we walked, I kept my helm down and stayed quiet.

Once the exit hatch opened, Magnus led me out. We were in a large base, filled with autobot security guards and soldiers. They all turned to face my captor, giving him nods of respect.

Well...nows the time. I kicked Ultra Magnus in the gut, and ran for the weakest looking guard. Poor fella. Probably his first day. I jump-kicked into the mech, holding him to the ground and digging my heal into his chassis as he yelped.

Suddenly every blaster in the room was aimed at me.

"Stand down! Stand down!" everyone shouted at me. I slowly bent down, reaching my tied up-servos to a keypad which the rookie had tied to his waist. I made sure he couldn't see or feel my action, before I slipped the key into a plate under my palm.

I then slowly stood up. "Didn't realize the doors not over here. And with all your blasters pointed at me...not like I can run the right direction now."

I fought to keep a serious expression, even though no one could see my faceplates behind my mask anyway. This is so embarrassing, planned or not.

I slowly made my way back over to Ultra Magnus, who still held a blaster aimed at my helm. He was trying to keep a serious expression, but I could tell he was confused. My profile probably stated I was reckless. Absolutely careless when it comes to my own health. It didn't fit my profile to just give up when I made a wrong turn.

And so, as Ultra led me down a hall to my cell, keeping a close and suspicious optic on me. I suddenly stopped, turning around so he couldn't see my back. "Does it weigh on your conscious? Knowing you put so many of your fellow cybertronians in cells to rust?"

As I spoke, I fiddled with the keypad - hoping it would have access to my stasis cuffs. If not, then hopefully my cell. If not? Then I'm scrapped.

"The prisoners I take in earned their right to be here."

Click. My stasis cuffs clicked off, and I held the cuffs behind my back. "So fighting for freedom results in captivity?"

Ultra grabbed my shoulder to turn me around, "we are not discussing this again."

But with the momentum of turning, - I did a 360 - transforming one of my servos into a blade and stabbing it into the autobots lower chassis. Don't ask me why, but I intentionally missed his spark chamber.

With a roar from my jets I shot through the halls, into the main center I was in before, and out the door. A few stray shots were aimed at me, the few that hit hurting like the pits. I was still injured from earlier after all.

Once I was too high in the sky for them to catch me (soon at least), I transformed (keeping my pedes as jets) and looked around where I was. So this is where the autobots keep prisoners. I hesitated, hovering for a few cycles. This was important information. But something about what Magnus and I had talked about while on the ship wouldn't leave my processor.

I'm fighting because of past suppression. He's fighting because of decepticon tyranny. Aren't we both in the right? And Ultra Magnus doesn't target decepticons in general, only the 'tyrants.' Yes, I would consider myself one of the deceptions who truly fights for peace through tyranny. And that's that.

This Magnus guy seems to know that he's imprisoning those who are fighting for freedom, but he's choosing to fight against the tyranny anyway. As I'm fighting against the suppression anyway. Not exactly fair for me to give away this entire base, when I was captured by someone I can't help but respect as an honorable warrior.

I was taken out of my thoughts as my body's throbing pain got worse. I was dripping with energon after speeding away so fast despite my injuries. I transformed and flew off, finding the nearest place to hunker down and hide for a bit.

---------------------------------------------------

Ultra Magnus stood in the prisoner center, arms crossed as he stared at a screen. One of the head guards approached. "Shouldn't you be after her? Cause if not then we will," there was a bit of spite in the mechs voice. Ultra Magnus wasn't a lieutenant yet. Just a bounty hunter who didn't collect bounties. He hated when others interfered, and usually high-profile cases like Y/n were left to him - and him alone.

Ultra Magnus simply held up his servo, not looking down at the mech. "She'll be far gone and untraceable by now. I have other decepticons to catch." He turned and headed for his ship, holding his side where the roughly patched up stab-wound was.

That was false. Magnus knew Y/n's every current injury. She was probably hiding underground, just a few cycles away if he were to track her down in his ship. But the femme spared his life. She wouldn't miss his spark chamber like that. And their earlier conversation stuck with him.

Y/n was a decepticon. A tyrant who fought and killed for fun, under the direction of an even worse tyrant. And yet, unlike others he had captured, she focused on the beginnings of the deceptions. Y/n really believed that she was fighting for freedom. Blind to the hunger for power and revenge in which Megatron now held. Ultra Magnus would allow her to escape. This time.
