It was terrifying to be in a new place and first time leaving your family and being apart from them. Simran was scared and excited both that day but she couldn't show any emotions in her face because she was scared of expressing herself as always. Typically if she knew someone in hostel she would have been really happy but her parents took her to hostel in Manali very far from her hometown in Delhi where her few friends were. She miss them all alot...
It was Sunday and swimming day in hostel so swimming pool was open that day for every child in there she first got introduced to warden who then took her half of the clothes and returned it to her family members to take home because fancy clothes weren't allowed in there only school uniforms were allowed so she was only allowed to keep few sets till she doesn't get her uniform... So simran was devastated by seeing her clothes being taken away. Then next disaster was waiting for her in pool. Her new friends took her in pool little did they know she didn't know how to swim so as she went inside not after 5 min later she started drowning but some life saving angel saved her while the people who took her to pool and forced her inside didn't even realised that she was drowning... Then after the disaster of being drowned she went to her dorm to rest and started missing her family terribly and cried all night instead of sleeping... So this was the first day of her new life changing disaster which was waiting for her eagerly.....
