Total Drama Reboot: Julia Meets her Match

Chapter 1

You're on your boat, driven by an intern you are sure isn't properly trained. A small, wooden dock, appearing to be empty appears in front of you. As it nears closer, you prepare for your debut as a contestant.

"Here comes the first camper," you hear Chris begin."

As you approach the dock, you step off calmly.

"Y/N, welcome to the island," Chris says enthusiastically. You are fully aware he isn't being friendly, but rather is excited to have a new person to torture.

You return his enthusiasm with a small smile. The camera is focused on you, with your short sleeve blue button down shirt and light colored pants.

As if on cue to end your segment, the next camper arrives.

While everyone rolls into the dock, you take note that they are all certainly aware of your presence. Perhaps it's your build, or perhaps they find you attractive. It doesn't worry you either way. Making connections and later destroying them is what is going to take you the distance.

Finally, the last contestant pulls up to the dock.

"Last and possibly least, our final camper is Julia," Chris finishes his introductions.

Typical pretty girl, huh? You thought as you raised an eyebrow.

She steps off the boat and makes her way over to everyone else. You overhear some chatter about her being famous, and you chuckle to yourself. You've never heard of her.

"Now that everyone's here, let's decide our teams," Chris says, eager to keep the ball rolling.

With teams decided, it was time to break off to the cabins.

"What's up dude," Zee exclaims as you enter the male side of your cabin.

You're greeted by the faces of Ripper, Damien and Zee.

You offer them a cool smile.

"First off pretty boy, as the alpha male here, you better not try anything or you'll get put in your place," Ripper states, on the offensive and getting a little close.

You pick him up by the collar and set him aside, sending his message right back to him.

"Well, we are a team now, so we might as well get along, don't you think?," you offer calmly as a diffuser for the situation.

Before anyone else can get a word in, the alarm sounds, signaling everyone to gather up.

As you step out, you meet up with the girls. Everyone is still glowing with excitement, less aware of what's going to occur than they should be. You step aside and let everyone go in front of you, a sign of good graces. As they all pass, Julia is the last one to go, on the phone she smuggled in. Mid caption, she misses her step and begins to fall. You grab her shoulder and lift her back up. She looks at you and offers a kind thank you, before continuing.

"That was off camera, wasn't it?" - Julia

"I don't like this guy, he is the type that would be up to something" - Ripper

"Campers, it's time for our first challenge. Today, you will be riding jet skis across the lake..." Chris introduces the first challenge.
