Pt. 16

Rayana POV
I slowly start to wake up on the cold ground with chains rapped around my legs and hands, is this what's supposed to be in a hospital?... no, this seems all too familiar..

I looked down at my shirt to see that it was covered in blood, I left up my shirt only to see.... Nothing, absolutely nothing, as of nothing ever happened.

I looked around the room to see Dakari and Isaias tied to chairs with chains as well, but didn't we have Jonathan here with us?... this is obviously the boss's doing so why isn't he here with us?... did he get away or... is he a traitor too.

I heard a door open as I looked over to see the boss walking through it, he noticed me as he came over and sat down on a chair that was sitting in front of me.

"Good afternoon, I see that you got my graduation gift, although your wounds seem to be.... Healed somehow, but nonetheless, you are back so we can erase your memories again," the boss said with a sickening chuckle, which was actually making me sick.

"I get why I'm here but why them? Why are they here? And where's Jonathan?" I asked but I knew I wasn't getting any answers that I wanted, he's a outspoken person and would answer my questions right off the bat.

"They are here so we can tame you, make you submit to us without your consent struggling," the boss said as I rolled my eyes.

"So you decided to trap them here and let me guess, you gonna hurt them and make them suffer in order for me to 'submit' to you," I said as more of a statement then a question, as I told him that he just chuckled as he gave me a slow clap.

"Good job, you got most of it right but it seems we're gonna have to have different methods for this," the boss said as stopped clapping and folded his hands on his lap.

"And what methods is that?"

"....a death method"

I looked at him in shock and horror, he already killed Ella in front of me and now he's gonna kill someone else too? All because of me... well I'm not gonna let it happen a second time! Not by a long shot!

"So, you either listen to me or your friends die one by one, a slow and painful death, think about it child but since your so smart, you don't need to," the boss said as he voice echoed through the room.

I was about to answer only for someone to start waking up, I looked over to see that Isaias was the first to wake up.

"Ah my son, welcome home, I've missed you and your mother, why did you leave me to fend for myself for so long?" The boss asked him as he stood up and walked over to him.

"Dad?... what are you doing and why am I tied up here," he asked as he started to struggle in the chains as his father approached him.

The classic lines of a horror movie, it never surprises me that's the first thing they say, I thought to myself as I rolled my eyes.

"Your tied here because I can't have you leaving me again, and you are my son, so you have to be here with me, whether you like it or not," the boss said a he was now hovering over Isaias.

"I have no business being here with you! You didn't even think about us anymore but more of your will to control the government!" Isaias shouted as he continued to struggle in the chains.

"There was a reason why I needed to be in the government, not for me but for the god," as Isaias stopped struggling and looked up at him confused.

"What god? I thought you was the one pulling all the strings," Isaias said as I was kinda confused as well, I knew he was following someone else's feet but a god?- oh yea, the traitorous cop John told me about that.
