[𝙽𝚊𝚖𝚎] entered through the doors excitedly, he was practically bouncing up and down. He himself wasn't sure why he was excited, the thrill of hunting just seemed to keep him going. Then again, he always enjoyed hunting when he was alone in the forest, this wasn't much different.
"Who dares enter my lair?" A husky whisper echoed.
The others ignored the voice, much to amazed by the size of the 'lair'
"Hyeong, it's so big in here." Hwan called out quickly gripping onto [𝙽𝚊𝚖𝚎]'s sleeve.
[𝙽𝚊𝚖𝚎] nodded in return, taking a moment to appreciate his surroundings.
Sharp crystals dangled from the ceiling like ornaments, crystal ores surrounded every bump and every corner of the cave, a single natural light reflected off of a mirror-like gem, creating a dance of showlight in the middle of the lair.
"These must be crystals for sure, right?" [𝙽𝚊𝚖𝚎] asked cautiously.
"It seems they really are, hyung." Haneul replied, satisfying the older with the answer. [𝙽𝚊𝚖𝚎] patted Haneul on the back in pure joy that the other male agreed with him for once.
Hwan glared at the male who stole his hyung's attention, trying to find a way to gain it back.
"Hyung, what's that?" Hwan asked, looking up at [𝙽𝚊𝚖𝚎] while pointing at something. That was enough to gain the attention of the curious elder, whose eyes widened.
"That, Hwan-ah, is none other than our prey." [𝙽𝚊𝚖𝚎] grinned like the real predator he was. He wasn't sure if he could take the huge serpent on, but he was curious to test his new abilities, specially the skills 'Destruct' and 'Dark Forest'. He even wanted to see what his raw strength could do now that it was at Lvl 10 and not Lvl 5.
"You pathetic humans dare to ignore me! Who do you think you are calling me prey?" The serpent-like creature hissed.
"Hyeong, the caterpillar sounds more like a snake." Hwan said, his grip on [𝙽𝚊𝚖𝚎]'s sleeve had loosened, and instead he was inspecting a small crystal that fell from the ceiling.
"Well, snake sounds like it taste better anyway."
"You will taste better in my stomach, mortals! Now bow down for I am Apep, The King Of Illusions and Chaos alike, someone who would never lose," The serpent, Apep, slithered it's way towards them, causing [𝙽𝚊𝚖𝚎] to cringe in disgust. Apep lunged forward towards the three, his mouth wide enough to fit all three.
[𝙽𝚊𝚖𝚎] immediately went into action, softly picking up Hwan before roughly grabbing Haneul's arm and rushing to the side, just about dodging the creature's mouth.
"Why are you so gentle with Hwan and so rough with me? That's so mean hyeong!"
"You're rough with me aswell," [𝙽𝚊𝚖𝚎] muttered, his eyes not leaving Apep.
"You enjoy rough play," Haneul rolled his eyes.

"Damn, you know I didn't mean it like that!" Haneul yelled, his cheeks flushing red. He was about to say more when the serpent began to attack again, out of instinct,[𝙽𝚊𝚖𝚎] gently pushed Hwan towards Haneul, causing the other to go tumbling backwards. [𝙽𝚊𝚖𝚎] quickly rolled to the side, once again avoiding the serpents sharp canines.
"I see you humans have quite the good instincts, easily avoiding my starter attacks, well no worries, it will only get fun from here!" Apep snarled, a grossly wide grin on it's scaly ass face.
