Izuku was just walking around when he saw Todoroki, the cold and silent boy of his kid, but he was also Izuku's next opponent. They hadn't really spoken much or rather at all.
"Midoriya, we need to talk." Todoroki told the monster shifter."Alright then, talk." Izuku told him."I saw my father talking to you. Whatever he told you to do. I'm not going to use his quirk." Todoroki told Izuku.'How is... nevermind.' Izuku thought as he then said "Yeah, whatever. He didn't tell me anything other than you'd win." Izuku said and walked away from the two toned haired boy.
"In the blue corner! An absolute powerhouse, the king of monsters, Izuku Midoriya!" Pres. Mic said into the Mic as Izuku walked onto the stage. "And in the red corner! A boy with a stare so cold you'd think he's using his quirk, Shoto Todoroki." Pres. Mic introduced Todoroki onto the stage as Midnight walked onto her little stand to overlook the fight.
"Are both fighters ready?" Midnight asked them, and the two nodded, "Then let the fight, Begin!" Midnight shouted, cracking her whip down onto the ground. A line of ice was shot at Izuku, but the boy quickly dodged it and dawned the upgraded Magnamalo armour.

The two blades shot off to Todoroki, and he was quick to react by making a column of ice, but the blades melted through it and barely scamratched his face. Before he could move, Izuku slammed his open hand against Todoroki's face and slammed him into the ground, causing the stage to shatter. Todoroki fired a beam of ice at Izuku, but he fired a burst of flames from his mouth, melting the flames upon impact.
"I was gonna tell you this earlier, but now seems like the best time to say this," Izuku said, dodging another column of Ice "But, your fire isn't his quirk, it's yours! Just because you hate him doesn't mean you shouldn't hate a part of yourself!" Izuku shouted at the two toned haired boy, and Izuku's words seemed to spark something in him.

A sudden mountain of flames shot up into the air from Todoroki's body surprising Izuku, but then the flames died down but not completely, making Izuku see Todoroki who smiled at him and told him "Thank you, Midoriya." Izuku smiled and then said,"Don't thank me yet. We've still got a fight to go through." Izuku told him, and both fire and ice were coming from Todoroki's body.
"Give me your full strength." Todoroki said, and Izuku charged up OFA, and the two charged at each other. Todoroki created a glacier of ice and slid along at great speeds using his fire.
Izuku jumped into the air and propelled himself forward with the wings of Valstrax, and before they clashed, Izuku heard Todoroki mutter, "Thank you, Midoriya." And the two clashed shattering the glacier sending rubble, from the attempted blockades from cemeentoss,and ice everywhere shocking anyone in the stands.

Once the dust cleared, the winner was revealed to everyone, standing just barely in front of the lines was Izuku, his feet tipped forward as he slammed down against the destroyed stage and the crowd let out a roar. Todoroki had been sent out the stage by Izuku's attack, meaning Izuku was the winner.
Izuku couldn't congratulate himself on the win because Midnight had knocked him out with the gas during the attack between the two Class 1A titans. Izuku woke up in the infirmary with just a single bandaid on his left cheek. "Did I win?" Izuku asked Recovery girl."Yes, you did." She told him, and he smiled at the news and got out of bed.
"Don't worry, you haven't missed anything. After you two destroyed the stage, Cementoss is rebuilding it, but the damage caused is extensive because it almost destroyed the whole place." Recovery girl told Izuku, who looked back at her and said,"Wow! Did Todoroki and I really do that much damage?" He asked the old healer, and she shook her head."No, it was just you. His ice melted when you landed that attack. " She told Izuku.
The monster shifter walked to the stands where Class 1A was and was greeted by his classmates. "I didn't know who'd win in that fight. Either way, I would've been glad cause I got knocked out before that." Kaminari said, and some of the others agreed.
Once the stage was rebuilt, the next match began, it was between Iida and Shiozaki, and it ended quickly due to Iida's speed advantage. The match after that was Tokoyami against Mina ( I completely forgot about the fight between Aoyama and Mina in the 1st round, but whatever).
Tokoyami won easily as well by scaring Mina and pushing her out. The fight after that was Kirishima against Bakugo, and although he did try, Bakugo got the upper hand quickly and knocked him out of the fight.
"The matches for the semi-finals are: Izuku Midoriya vs. Tenya Iida and Tokoyami Fumikage vs. Katsuki Bakugo. We'll be taking a small break again for the participants to get their breath back." Midnight said, and everyone went to get food or go to the toilets because they've been holding it in since the start of the round.
