Chapter One

My alarm went off at 5:00am and yes I know what your thinking why are you awake at this time. Well I'm a runner I run everyday at this time with my bestfriends.

I put on my black running shorts, my red Nike shirt, and my black Nike running shoes. I put my hair up in a curly bun and put a head band on too.

*After my run*
I got back at 6 which is good because school starts at 8. I hoped into the shower, did my hygiene. I got out of the shower at let my hair in its natural curls I put on a white crop top with the infinity sign on it with high waisted shorts and my floral combat boots. I live in Cali so yeah.

*At the end of the school day*
I'm at my locker and putting my stuff in my locker until he gets in my way and by him my ex and by ex I mean Shawn. We dated for a while until he cheated on me.
Me:What do you want Shawn *annoyance in my voice*
Shawn:Come on baby don't act that way why can't we start over I miss u.
Me: Boy you know that's not gonna happen what happened with her.
Shawn:Who Monica I left her I told her I missed u plus she was getting bad in bed
Me: Your gross
I walk away before I throw up all over the halls until non other then Monica Slutnation Smith
Monica- I see you talking to my man you better back up
I looked her up and down from her skimpy ass dress to her fake hair
Me- Girl we all know you "want" him is because he doesn't see u as a slut like everyone else does
Before she says anything my best friends Britney and Lila call me over
Brit-Girl we got practice let's go.
Me-Alright
Lila-Libby you know better to stop to her level love and happiness remember
Me-Yeah okay lili you tell yourself that
*after practice*
I get home from practice I take a shower and get dressed after dinner and then I got some text from and unknown number
Unknown:
Stay away from Shawn or you can say goodbye to your little running career

I'm gonna be honest that did scared me but I'm not gonna let it get to me right now I'll just think about it tomorrow during my run
