"yeah so i have a twin sister too her name is mauraaaa." carrie said loudly over the music to the twins in front of her. she first approached the boys with ryan after the lost their own crowd people. it was carolina's idea because she said to ryan that they looked like "normal people." now she was talking to them alone after ryan had left to go pee. she didn't really mind being left with them though, even though she just met them she went safe and comfortable talking to them both. plus since she had some drinks in her she felt out going enough to continue conversation "oh we're triplets actually my brother matt is just so fucking emo today he's sitting on that couch over there by himself i can't fucking stand it." the oldest triplet nick said with an annoyed tone. "yeah he's really living up to his miserable matt standards." chris sighed. as carrie heard the boys talk of the middle brother she looked around the room trying to find this matt guy. she knew it wouldn't be too hard to find him considering he probably looked just like his brothers. her eyes were searching from couch to couch until chris's words grabbed her attention. "so you and your sister do youtube carrie?." the girl nodded and before she could get a word out nick beat her too it, "oh my fucking god i have an amazing idea. we should all collab sometime, you know since you guys are twins and we're triplets i think it would be cool." all of them agreed to the idea and just continued conversation bouncing from youtube video ideas to just getting to know each other better.
"you guys really have to meet maura too shes great. i mean she's kinda a handful though." carrie rolled her eyes but continued "i love her to death she really is my best friend." the girl smiled just thinking about her sister. "yeah that's exactly how i feel about matt, i wanted you to meet him but he doesn't really do these kinda things." right as those words slipped out of chris's mouth a hand smacked his shoulder. "hey guys."  carrie just assumed it had to be the third triplet. "my lover boyyyy what is goodddd." chris said and dabbed him up. "guys can you stop being so fucking weird we are in public." nick said looking over at carrie with a disgusted look on his face. carrie just laughed at the three, they're definitely gonna fit right in with my friends she's thought to herself with a smile. "hey nick." matt smiled, matts eyes shifted over to the girl next to nick. she couldn't help but look back at him. she hated to admit but, "miserable matt" did not have such a miserable face to her. something about the way he looked at her and the way his hair looked so effortlessly good, and his smile. oh god did carolina noticed that smile. she knew she had to talk to him. it would be awkward if she didn't, considering she's staring into his soul practically. "hi i'm carolina." he nodded and introduced himself with a smirk "i'm matt." and just like that conversation flowed, but carrie couldn't help but look at matt every chance she got. "guys i really should text my friends, it's been awhile and you guys should meet them, you'll get along great."she was getting ready to text her friends group chat when all the sudden she heard her sisters loud mouth. "carrie where the fuck have you been and what the fuck are you doing and why the fuck aren't you answering your phone." maura said annoyed. carrie looked at the three boys embarrassed and said "um guys this is my sister maura, maura this is nick, matt, and chris sturniolo." she looked around feeling so embarrassed at her sister's confrontation. "oh hey.i'm maura okay i promise guys i'm not a bitch at all, carrie just literally has been gone for 3 hours and hasn't told any of us except ryan which is now with us all looking for you." she said rambling on and on. carolina could tell maura now felt embarrassed for getting so worked up. but the completely triplets understood. "no yeah we totally get that chris wonders off and we lose him too sometimes and we lose him for hours on end." nick said and matt nodded agreed. "okay cool because i for real just sounded like a crazy mom sorry." "yeah maybe you just need a drink or something and to chill the fuck out." carrie said smiling sarcastically. "yeah your real funny carrie, oh my god why are our friends dancing on tables." maura's mouth dropped and she let out of gasp. as she said that the group of four turned there heads to mauras direction and looked. "oh my god let's go over!!!" carrie exclaimed but continued talking "okay guys i'm giving you a warning now my friends are crazy funny so don't worry it won't be awkward, but like don't mind how they get drunk they can be wild." after carrie's awful job at a warning the group walked over to the group of friends. the group danced, drank, and actually talked a good amount. during conversation though carrie noticed eyes on her, more specifically, matt's eyes. but she didn't look away, she looked right back at them."okay guys i'm gonna go get another drink, anyone want anything." she said looking eyes still on matt. "yeah i'll just come with you." matt said. the two walked into the kitchen and carrie began looking for drinks, but matt was just looking at her.

matt was in a funk, okay. his girlfriend dumped him three weeks ago and he was over it, except for that fact that she  wouldn't stop texting him. shelby was a confusing girl. she always accused matt of cheating on her and would break up with him, then would cry and want him back. then when she finally had him back she dumped him for a random dude she met in in florida on vacation. matt was doing perfectly fine just sitting in his room then his brothers dragged him out to a party with a bunch of snobs. but now he's in a kitchen with a pretty blonde girl who caught his eye, and for the first time he's actually happy his brothers forced him out.
they were suppose to be looking for drinks, but matt was really just looking at her. he first noticed her when he was sitting on the couch, he couldn't help but stare at her anytime she said or did anything. she was pretty, a type of pretty that made matt smile just thinking about it.then when he came over to them and engaged in conversation he thought to himself that she wasn't just pretty in looks, she had a pretty personality and got along with everyone great. she had something about her. he just had that feeling. and now since they're alone and he's had a few
drinks to give him some courage matt would talk to her alone, finally.
"carrie, why don't we just take shots here and chill for a little." he said hopeful she would say yes. "don't you wanna get back to your brothers." she turned and looked at him. "nah i feel like we'd have a better time in here just us two." he said boldly.she looked shocked at his word, but nodded. matt was even shocked at himself. he wasn't the kinda guy to be bold or say things to girls, but something about her just made him feel so alive, or it was the alcohol talking, who cares though matt wanted the girl so he would get the girl. "i like that idea.i was told you were the miserable brother though?you don't seem it right now." she joked. matt finished his drink off and just laughed a little "how could i be miserable when i'm around a pretty girl like you?" she made a audible gasp and smacked his shoulder lightly. "did matt sturniolo just call me pretty." she began to take her hand off his,but he put it right back and held it there. "so what if i did." he said and leaned down near her face. carrie blushed and looked around the kitchen to make sure no one they knew was near. "matt you're drunk." he sighed but didn't move from his spot. "i might be a little drunk, but i see a good looking girl that i really wanna kiss right about now." she blushed but shook her head "but we just met like two hours ago, i wouldn't want you to regret it." he shook his head but backed away slightly. "i wouldn't regret it carrie, once i want something i want it." matt didn't know what he was doing. he wasn't thinking right at all, he had his mind on one thing and that was carolina. not shelby drama or what his brothers would think of him right now, just carolina. "so you want me?" she said in a whisper feeling tipsy just off of his words. "do you want me?" he said leaning in again.
