The day she met Lo'ak everything changed. She was never good with love, she never understood it. The moment he started speaking to her she fell deeply in love with him. The way he spoke, the way he held himself, just everything about him made her heart squeeze. She saw him for everything he was. No matter his human appearance she loved him. And he saw her, no matter her shy and awkward personality.

Lo'ak thought Nayu was a sweet girl. She had her quirks here and there but she stood out to him. At first, he didn't take any notice of her, not until his brother introduced him to her. Lo'ak figured she'd be another one of the girls his brother grew fond of but the moment he saw that she ditched his brother for him, following after him, gathering fruits for him, she chose him instead of his brother. Lo'ak knew that he finally had something his brother couldn't achieve. For a bit he used her as a trophy for himself but as time grew he saw her and she saw him. Everything about her made him feel full. She understood him and that's all he needed.
