Washington, D.C.

1. Half Mast

Washington is being surrounded, the air is under NATO control

The Black Sea Fleet floods the Potomac River

The People's Liberation army occupies Northern Virgina

The people of the District of Columbia are rising up against their government

Deputy Minister Joseph Clay and Secretary of Defense Robert Winters are in the Halls of Power, deciding what to do next

Clay: He was right, I should have known.

Winters: There is no way he could have foreseen this.

Clay: I think he did, on the dot too.

Winters: We need to mobilize more men.

Clay: Don't you get it! We can't mobilize anyone else! We lost!

Winters: I find your lack of faith to be appalling. You of all people, your very job description is to provide a platform to appeal to the interest of the country. The country is interested in being safe.

Clay: And your job is to defend it. Do you need me to spoon feed it to you?

Winters: Fuck you, Joe. All I did was try to defend my country.

Clay: Well you fucking failed, miserably. Flynn knew this all along.

Winters: Again with him? He abandoned all hope that was ever entrusted to him.

2. Blood Stained Banner

A dark cloud places itself firmly upon Flynn Santiago's head as he attends his last ever class at Florida State University

All he notices is the turbulent movement of the winds that came with the cloud

Professor: Good Morning, Class. Obviously the day has come, if you all pass you will be the new future of the political world. The next Generals, Secretaries and even Presidents. Once you are finished, hand in your papers and you may leave.

For those who are curious, Senator Baker will be here today. He will be presenting a speech in the front lobby of the admissions building. Any one of you are welcome to attend. I'm sure some of you may find it very.... interesting.

After he finished his test he headed straight for the dining hall to break the news

Flynn: Sam, it's finally over.

Sam: Fucking finally! I'm so tired of seeing you so stressed.

Flynn: I did all of this for a reason. Hopefully soon you'll be the wife of a successful politician like myself.

Sam: And I'll graciously accept that offer once you put a ring on me.

Flynn: The fact that I'm willing to go this extra step to form my career just so we can have a better life in the future should be enough for you to be happy.

Sam: I've always been happy, Flynn. I know I barely see you know but that's going to change. It's over now. You're finally a graduate. Now we celebrate with a night of fun....

Flynn: Just give me a couple of hours.

Sam: Ah, I get it. You want to change clothes first. I dont know, I kind of like the suit.
