Jon arbuckle's descent into madness

The beginning of the End

It was a normal morning for Jon arbuckle, taking his morning walk around his neighborhood until he found a orange kitten with black strips in a cardboard box. It looked like the kitten had no owner. Jon scooped up the kitten and stroked his soft fur. The kitten mewed and stared at Jon with longing eyes, Jon stared at the Adorable kitten Jon couldn't resist taking the poor thing home with him.

First thing did once he got home was giving the kitten a bath which the kitten didn't like very much but afterwards Jon gave the kitten a saucer of milk which the kitten lapped up greedily. As the kitten lapped up the saucer of milk Jon was thinking of what to name the kitten. He thought Matthew maybe no no that's not right, Jeff no that's also not right. Jon stared at the kitten and thought some more and then it hit him "Garfield!" Jon exclaimed Jon scooped up the kitten and put him in his lap "I'll name you Garfield" the kitten mewed with approval and nuzzled in Jon's lap Garfield clearly liked the name that Jon had given  him. Then Garfield started to pur as Jon petted his soft fluffy fur. This was Jon's and Garfield's first moment of bonding together but little would Jon know that this would be the beginning of the end.
