Jon arbuckle's descent into madness

It has been a week since Jon has found Garfield in the cardboard  box and Garfield has been delightful climbing everyday to greet Jon every morning and after Jon's long day at work Garfield was always here to greet him and comfort him. One weekend Garfield was wandering around the house when Jon was out shopping and walked by a open drawer in Jon's bedroom and hopped inside and inside the drawer Garfield found a stuffed bear.Garfield stared at a small stuffed bear with brown fur and big black eyes which compared to Garfield the bear seemed huge to him. Garfield then approached the bear and rubbed against it. Garfield liked how the bear's fur felt and the sleepy kitty nuzzled against the bear and fell asleep.

Later Jon came home but Garfield wasn't there to greet him, Jon started to get worried and he searched for Garfield until he went into his bedroom and saw his bottom drawer open. Jon looked inside and to his relief he found Garfield snuggling against his old teddy bear Pooky. Then Garfield started to wake up and looked at Jon and meowed Jon carried  Garfield with pooky and said "It looks like you found a new friend. You know this was mine when I was little." Garfield meowed staring at pooky and snuggled him again. Jon took Garfield to his bed with pooky and layed them down. Then Jon sat on his chair and started watching TV.
