It was the following morning , the yolky sun rising , birds chirping as Tristan yawned and stretched opening his window inhaling the fresh air , dave was asleep on the couch having no sleep that night , his snoring was loud . The child walked into the living room seeing his father asleep . Staring at his large expunged like arm . His mind racing with the terrors of what that being did to him. He sat down drinking some orange juice while eating a chocolate bar watching a cartoon on the tv , until he had an idea. He got up going to the lab staring at the broken vial of elixir that dave drank on the floor , placing it on the table.
"I wonder if I can make dad normal again.."
He said seeming distant from reality , Tristan knew this would take a while but this would mean him and his father would be safe from it again. No more terrors , no more nightmares. The boy inspected the liquid before placing the spilt remaining into another vial , he knew his dad had a separating machine that would help remove all elements in that elixir , meaning each blood would be separated . He placed 3 vials into the machine and the elixir turning it on , it would take around a hour for it to fully separate but that was fine. Tristan hoped that if he could combine Dave and his own blood that dave would be able to replace expunged's DNA in his body , meaning it would be back to normal but the problem was dave wouldn't look like he would normally look. Ever again ; what he looks like now was his permanent body unfortunately.
