Chapter 1 | Sugar?

Bryan Mendivil Films, is known for being oblivious, idiotic and reckless always goes into action before thinking, a reliable friend who would do anything to justify you if you where to be accused of something wrong, and the owner of Freddy Land, a park in the middle of nowhere and befriended a bunch of possessed robots who he calls friends.

Not the most unusual thing that has happened, if you where to ask Bryan's friends about him they would say that he is kind, thoughtful and opened minded, but they'd also say he is too gullible and would trust a new friend almost too much which led to him being almost killed multiple times, but they managed.

But why is Bryan so stupid? No one knows, not even Jon, a long time friend of his, he'd say when he first met Bryan he was already like this, but before Jon, before the business or the park Bryan acted nothing like this.

Somewhere in the City/Night
Bryan POV

I made my way back towards my house, it was a long but uneventful day at Freddy Land, everyone didn't want to mess with the portal  and half of the animatronics/my friends where charging so there weren't that many people to play with, ugh and I still have to do all the paper work for the park, none of the paper work even makes sense-!

*Clang*

I turned towards the noise, it came from a pretty dark alleyway, I took a small step towards the dark.

"H-Hello?"

"Why hello there..."

I looked at who spoke, it was a guy with a black hoodie, I released a deep breath in relief, thank god it wasn't a spooky monster!

"Oh! Um, hi? What are you doing all alone in a dark scary alley?"

The guy faced me, I couldn't see his face because the hood was up, and it was dark the guy smiled (smirked) at me as he started to talk

"Oh, nothin' I'm just hangin' out..."

The guys words where said lazily like he was relaxing, how could he relax in this scary place?!

"Hanging out in the dark? That doesn't seem like a nice place to hang, aren't you scared there might be a monster in there??!"

The man chuckled and put one of his hands in his pocket, he stood up from leaning on the wall of a building and walked towards me, damn it his still in the dark, I wanna see his face!

"Say, Have you seen any of these around?"

He took something out of his pocket, it was white sugar in a small plastic bag? Why did he bring that all the way out here?? Maybe he's into baking.

"Why are you carrying sugar around? Where you going to go to a friends house to bake or something?"

The guy chuckled again, he took my hand and placed the sugar in it.

"Try it out, its cool and it helps me relax..."

The guy just went back into the dark, I looked at him confused, as best I can in the dark that is then looked down at the bag, I mindlessly shrugged and put it in my jacket pocket, I looked back at the alley

"Um, Thanks? I guess..."

I continued my way back to my house, what a nice guy! Giving me his spare sugar instead of doing other stuff with it, hmm what can I do with this sugar anyways...

After that day Bryan started to do more smarter things? He started doing his paper work more often, figuring out problems in the park, started to stop thinking that monsters where real.

At first only the animatronics noticed the change, then Jon, then Davis, then the whole enterprise who was happy about the change and seeing how successful things where going started giving out more cash to the park, which only helped it expand, but expansion meant more paper work, Jon was about to ask if Bryan needed help with, but surprisingly he denied and finished all the paper work in two days, Jon was impressed and happy that finally, his college party expert of a friend was doing something for himself.

Bryan still talked and played with the animatronics daily even with the paper work, his jokes actually started to sound funny and he was even more eager to try new things.

But why is Bryan suddenly so smart? No one knows and no one is complaining, Bryan seems healthy so whatever is helping him isn't harming him so there happy, everyone is happy.

Until they where suddenly targeted by another company, a casino quite far away, they where suspected stealing some parts in parts and services, it was nothing too troublesome if it wasn't for the stolen original Freddy Fazbear parts, those where irreplaceable.

But Bryan being Bryan didn't seem too alarmed and for the past couple of days nothing was done about it, Jon was starting to get annoyed at how oblivious Bryan was being again, the final straw for him was when it happened again.
