NCT (엔시티), an acronym for 'Neo Culture Technology', is a 26 member group under SM Entertainment. They are described as having an unlimited number of members and sub-units until late 2023 where it was announced that NCT Wish would be the last sub-unit of NCT, and no more members would be joining. The group consists of members Taeyong, Johnny, Yuta, Kun, Doyoung, Ten, Jaehyun, Winwin, Jungwoo, Mark, Xiaojun, Hendery, Renjun, Jeno, Haechan, Jaemin, Ella, Yangyang, Chenle, Jisung, Sion, Riku, Yushi, Jaehee, Ryo and Sakuya. NCT also promotes in different sub-units. The current sub-units are NCT U, NCT 127, NCT Dream, WayV, NCT DoJaeJung and NCT Wish. They are under SM Entertainment. On May 10, 2023, SM Entertainment announced that Lucas had left the group and his sub-units but is still under SM. On May 24, 2023, SM Entertainment announced that Shotaro and Sungchan will be leaving NCT and their sub-units and debut in SM's new boy group RIIZE.
