This is a story of corruption. One full of wrong choices, regrets, but most importantly, a lesson to be learned from this pitiful attempt at redemption.
All the words that lie ahead are biased, formed from the point of view of a certain young woman. Anything outside of her perspective is a guess at others' thoughts, simply a creative filler between any gaps in the writing.
Don't believe all the lies she spins up nor focus too much on reading between the lines.
She tells the tale of a blinding darkness, one which so quietly engulfs one's whole being, as well as her journey of reaching the truth, and how it can be as piercing as the light of day.
The pain one experiences in life is not all for nothing. This book is a testament to that.
