Once Upon A December ∆ Santana + Brittany

As a click of the camera rang through the room, December videoed and watched as Tina and Brittany danced as Beyoncé's top hit began to play {Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)- Sung by Beyoncé). Kurt had practically begged him to film them as they recreated Beyonce's music video.

Suddenly they heard footsteps coming from above, and turned around to see Kurt's father's disapproving face.

"Dad! You're home early." Kurt said flustered, obviously not expecting to see his Dad who was usually still at the tire shop.

"Deadliest Catch is on. " Burt quickly explained, "What are you wearing?" He continued confused as to why there were two girls in his basement, not that he didn't mind the company, happy that his son was finally making friends that weren't December as he knew that was his son's only friend.

"It's a unitard. " Answered Kurt embarrassingly, "Guys wear them to, uh, work out nowadays. Do sports.They wick sweat from the body." He lied as Burt put a finger in Kurt's unitard, letting it snap back into place, nodding wearily.

"It's true, Mr. Hummel" December chimed in, hoping to get Burt to believe Kurt's lie,"It's for things like football"

Giving a grateful glance towards his best friend,Kurt nodded his head continuing, "Yeah, all the guys in football wear them. They're jock chic." He finished as December looked at Brittany for help

Brittany added on insightfully, "Totally. Kurt's on the football team now. He's the kicker - that's the smallest guy on the field, right?" She asked, giving December a wink after

"Yeah. " Kurt finished, grateful to have his friends here, "Brit and Tina were just helping me with some conditioning work."

"Hmm, Really? " Burt said unconvinced, but decided against voicing it out,saying" You know, I played in JC before I busted up my knee, popping wheelies on my third bike."

Cool." Kurt replied with a relieved smile, glad to avoid an even more uncomfortable conversation, "l guess we'll have something to talk about,then." Kurt chuckled.

"So one of you two is his girlfriend?" Burt asked, changing the subject in a hopeful tone.

Kurt, taken aback by the question quickly puts his hand on Brittany's back causing December to raise a brow, "But I'm not ready to be exclusive just yet." Kurt finished, also quite uncomfortable with where his hand laid.

"I thought that was December's girlfriend," Burt commented, glancing at the boy in question

"We're not dating," Brittany and December said in sync, repeating the words Santana basically conditioned into their brains

"Alright, just keep the music down.I can't hear myself think up there." Burt sighed, beginning to walk back upstairs, turning to face the four teens once more before saying, " And hey, Kurt. Be sure to get me a ticket to your first game."

Kurt slowly nodded, his grin disappearing once he realized the pickle he was in. Seeing his distressed state,December walked over and put a comforting hand on his shoulder, telling him

softly, "Don't worry. I've got a plan." Kurt looked at him confused, but nonetheless grateful for his help.

Turns out December's plan was to get Kurt on the football team even if it was only for that one game and somehow he made it happen. Now, Kurt wasn't entirely sure how December managed to get Finn to agree to coach him or how he got Coach Tanaka to agree to add a player this late into the season but he wasn't complaining.

Kurt made his way through the huddle of sweaty football players until he reached the middle of the circle where he tapped the coach on his shoulders. "Hi, I'm Kurt Hummel, and I'l be auditioning for the role of kicker!"

Several of the players laughed, Kurt looked at them in disgust as Finn nodded to Kurt and the two boys headed to where Kurt had set up his boombox in the center of the field.

Finn bent down to hold the football in position as Kurt hit the button on his boombox. As Singles Ladies played aloud, Kurt danced to the music, mimicking the choreography to that of Beyonce's video. Most of the players mocked him for it, but their laughter was cut off as soon as the smaller brunette kicked the ball.

They all watched in awe as the ball soared through the air until it reached the uprights and went right through the posts with no problem, just like they practiced.

Coach Tanaka ran towards Finn and Kurt with shock and happiness clear on his face. "Woah," someone from the team mumbled, and they all nodded their heads in agreement except for Puck, who scoffed.

"Gentlemen! We have found ourselves a kicker!" Coach Tanaka announced, spinning around to face them.

As some of the team clapped for him making Kurt smile brightly as he waved like the Queen. Looking up and giving December a wink

Finn had just been sprung news that his girlfriend was pregnant. The boy was more than shocked and he felt like his world was spinning and about to crash, when suddenly he found himself in the art room

"Woah, Finny what's going on?" December questioned as soon as he saw his new friend, standing and walking towards the boy

"Quinn's pregnant," Finn mumbled softly, his breathing erratic as he was guided to a chair,"I-I-I don't even know h-how this happened," He stuttered, shaking his head making December freeze for a moment and take a seat in front of Finn

"Oh, Finny well uh," December hesitated, taking Finn's hands into his own,"It's called sex and it's when a guy takes his di-" He began to explain but was cut off by Finn who stared at him with wide eyes

"No, dude I know what sex is," Finn yelled, looking at December like he just hit a dog with his car,"But me and Quinn we never even had sex but she said the cum like spread through the pool or something, I'm not really sure but she pregnant and I'm her boyfriend which means I'm the father," He ranted, not noticing how December paused and tilted his head in confusion

"You never had sex?" December asked him quietly, not knowing if he should tell Finn the truth or not

"Um, I don't think so or at least not in the way I've heard you do it," Finn told him awkwardly, shifting in his chair

"Well, Finn whatever you need I am here for you, okay" December told him passionately,"Always,"

"Thanks, December" Finn thanked him, smiling slightly

The game had been going terribly. Just like every other game they were losing and it wasn't going into their favor anytime soon.

Single Ladies suddenly boomed through the intercom, breaking Burt out of his thoughts as Kurt danced for a few seconds before kicking the football high in between the crossbars, making a field goal and winning Mckinley the game, the crowd erupts in cheers.

"Ten, hut!" Finn yelled, as the referee blew his whistle, signaling the end of the game. The sound of the crowd getting impossibly louder

Burt amongst the louder parents yelling "THAT'S MY SON! THAT'S MY SON!"

As the Glee clubbers were joking around, Will suddenly walked in with enthusiasm "Hey guys! Let's give a big Glee welcome to our three new members fresh off their big win on Friday night

- Noah Puckerman, Matt Rutherford, and Mike Chang." Mr. Shue exclaimed happily, as the three boys were hugged and cheered for,"Regionals, here we come."
