Remember how I said they both drifted off into dreams about each other? Yeah.Well,I lied.Surprise Surprise.Anyway,Only Inosuke dreamed about Zenitsu.Meanwhile,Zenitsu didn't dream about Inosuke,he had nightmares..
While Inosuke dreamed about Zenitsu's soft lips and beautiful honey eyes,Zenitsu had nightmares about how he didn't deserve someone as pretty and awesome and kissable as Inosuke.Well,I'll let Zenitsu take it from here.
Zenitsu's Pov
I woke up sweaty and agitated by the nightmares.It sent me into a wave of panic so strong I wanted to vomit.I sat up,pulling my knees close to my chest.I buried my head,and started crying."How could I ever think I had a chance with him? He's perfect.Hes beautiful.While I'm ugly and a crybaby.He could never love someone like me! What was I thinking,letting him kiss me? He probably didn't even like it as much as I thought he did.He probably just felt bad for me and pretended to like me.I was so stupid to think a worthless piece of shit like me could ever be loved".My own thoughts hit me like a train.I started to sob and cry even more.I should probably get dressed and go for a walk to clear my head.I started to get up,But I fell on the floor in pain.Even though my leg is bandaged, it hurts like hell.I bit back a yell and started limping to the bathroom.After what felt like hours of white-hot pain,I finally reached the bathroom sink.I looked in the mirror at my state.My hair was everywhere,my eyes were red and puffy from crying,and there was dried up snot on my face.Ugly.Unlovable.The thoughts threatened to start again.I quickly washed my face and used a hair tie to put my hair up because it was getting in my eyes.I sighed in dread as the blinding pain took over again when I started walking.I nearly reached the door,but I
collapsed on the floor.The last thing I heard was Shinobu's yell: "Oh my!" As I blacked out.
