Personality: When friendly, she is kind to her team and her adoptive mother. She's also the brains of Team GRAY. She is cold and murderous to her enemies, and dreams of wanting to become the most recognizable person in the world, once she overthrows the Schnees.

Semblance: Ravenna (her semblance allows her to create glyphs that have a raven symbol in the middle of a circle to enhance her abilities and fighting capabilities, and she also uses them to summon raven wings on her back so Rias can fly, and it may be a possibility for her to use them to turn herself into a giant raven monster)

Biography: Rias Grimhilde was an orphaned girl who lived in an orphanage in Atlas. Though she was looked down by other children and was bullied a lot, she dreamed of wanting to become the most famous person in the world. She met Willow when she was little as her father, Nicholas Schnee visited the orphanage as children gathered around him to listen to his stories about his adventures. Rias and Willow became best friends as play with dolls, play pretend, and they talk about what they of what they want to do in the future. Willow wanted to make the world a better place, as Rias wanted to become the "fairest" person in the world so people all over remnant would like her. She asked her if she wanted to be part of her family, and Willow said that someday, once she will get her father's approval. They then say their goodbyes, and Rias was excited that she will someday become part of the Schnee's family. One day, when Nicholas Schnee and his daughter was coming for a visit, Rias got in trouble for putting a spider on Willow's head. She said she didn't do it, but unfortunately she was put in a time out by one of the caretakers and was punished. She found out that her bullies were responsible for how she got in trouble, and she became so angry she pranked them back by putting bugs in their food, but what she didn't realized is that she put the bugs in Willow's food. She got in trouble again because of what she did, and was given another punishment. She was visited by Willow, hoping she would comfort her said that she's done being friends before walking away from her. Rias felt sad and deppressed that her best friend left her because of what happened. One night, a grimm attacked the orphanage, forcing her to run away and find someplace to go and hide. She stowed away on a SDC transportation airship and hid in an empty crate, but it go struck down by a Nevermore and crashed landed, causing Rias to be knocked unconscious. She wakes up and found herself in the middle of the forest. She went to find some shelter, hoping to find a campsite, cabin, or a cottage around it, before she stumbles upon several faunus children, and she realizes that they were abandoned just like her. They stick together as a group, looking for a place to settle in, but there was no luck. All they found was a cave they stumbled upon. Days have passed as the children were looking for food to eat, wood for building a fire to keep themselves warm, until they stumbled upon a mysterious woman in a cloak. She offers them shelter at an abandoned cabin, and she raised the children as her own and became a family. They were taught different skills of combat for self defense, learned to hide in the shadows, and become an unstoppable team known as GRAY
